Place worked out great for my two friends and I. From the listing, I was worried about the parking because it said it was a tiny spot. I was driving a Nissan rogue and it fit perfectly fine. The parking space was a lot wider than I imagined. The place had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for the shower which was awesome. And even had two beach towels for use. Good place!

Rosie was great, and the bed was great! It was close to base, food and other activities. It was quiet enough for me to work from home, and was a great place to crash after running around all day!

We had a wonderful stay in this nice studio. Communication with Rosy was excellent. We wanted to cook a nice meal for some family members and when we noticed a limited set of dinnerware and cookware, Rosy immediately brought us brand new sets of plates, bowls, utensils, and cookware. This studio is nicely located near the center of town and has everything we needed. We hope to come back!

We had a lovely time!

Perfect little nook for a mom and her daughter and her daughter’s best friend. We loved the cute quirkiness of the place, and the ease of checking in and the location close to where we needed to be. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quick getaway!

Cute Little Bungalow

We stayed in San Diego for a quick weekend trip. The host was a great communicator. This place is very cute and perfect for a small group of 3.

Great stay in San Diego!

We had a great time staying at this beach bungalow. The space was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a nice and relaxing stay! Communication with our host was quick, polite, and always helpful. The location near downtown SF made it convenient to travel around to restaurants, museums, and even spend some time near the ocean! I would recommend this stay highly! Thank you, Rosy, for everything!

Comfortable inside

The outside space was ok, but inside was nice. The bed was comfortable. There is an annoying dog next door. Great location for attending a conference at the convention center (parking included)

Wonderful host!

Rosy was an excellent host! We had hiccups with our travel schedules, causing us to arrive a different times, and she was excellent in helping to make things as smooth as possible as we checked in and checked out. Very cute little unit. Worked great for what we needed for our weekend getaway.

Cozy

We had a nice visit. The amenities were perfect for our stay. It was close to everything. The location was perfect that way, but not the best neighborhood, so just be smart about your surroundings if you are going to explore the neighborhood on foot. Otherwise perfect for us.

Lovely Host

I had a very last minute change in plans and wasn't actually able to make it to the bungalow; Rosy was wonderful and responsive and was able to refund my cleaning fee despite the short notice.
