Easy check-in, clean accommodations. Condo is on second floor, so make sure you can tackle the steps. Very nice area to walk around. Lounge, bakery and market very close. Prompt response from owner, when I reached out. We were lucky for parking whenever we went out and returned. However, parking is scarce and you may have to park away from the main entrance. Definitely a place I would look at again, if in the Richmond area.

Thanks for the review. For future guests, I wanted to reply here to explain that there is free and untimed street parking surrounding the building. This is a city, and the building is located in a super vibrant area with lots of restaurants, so occasionally, it can be tough to find a spot during peak dining hours, but I've never had to park more than a block away (I live in the building so this is based on daily, personal experience). However, for someone uncomfortable with parallel parking, or with a very large vehicle, it can be a little tougher. As far as an elevator, there is just one flight of steps to get to the second floor units and there are two ground floor units that are fully ADA accessible. Thanks again for the stay!

Perfect Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eileen East. The apartment was beautifully decorated. Getting into the courtyard through the gates was very easy as well as entering the apartment. The location is great! So many great places to walk to in the area.

Great stay every time we stay, however towards the end of our stay certain outlets had stopped working in the wall which was a pain

Hi, the wall outlet was just tripped. Probably from using a hair dryer or another heating element. The circuit breaker is behind the bedroom mirror in the second bedroom. Next time, just reach out if there's an issue. I live in the building and can respond, sometimes in just minutes.

5 Star Stay!

The experience renting this property for the weekend was phenomenal from start to finish! The apartment was in a great location, it was very clean, and Daniil even left a bottle of wine for our group, which was a nice touch! I would highly recommend this property to any of my family or friends planning a short getaway to Richmond!

Great Stay

The location was wonderful and the property was perfect for our family of 5. The property was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the ability to walk to the bakery across the street and the ice cream place downstairs. We appreciated the quick responses from our host. We would definitely stay again when we return to the Richmond area.

The host was an excellent communicator. The apartment was well appointed, beautifully finished and comfortable. The Churchill neighborhood (and neighbors) was incredibly welcoming and user friendly (being from out of town). Easy Uber access to downtown and other points of interest. If ever visiting Richmond again, we would definitely stay in this location.

Water Apocalypse

We stayed during the water apocalypse of 2025 in Richmond. The property manager was incredible in making sure we had what we needed during our stay with no city water. We will definitely stay again when we are back in town in June.

I visit family in Richmond a couple of times a year. This is when I always choose to stay. Location, property, convenience, amenities are all perfect for my taste. Pictures and on line description are accurate.

Wonderful communication with owner. Great central location to attractions.Quiet neighborhood. A bar and ice cream shop downstairs that are both amazing. The Roosevelt restaurant across the street. Pizza down the street. Very friendly neighborhood with easy parking. Condo was very clean. Beds comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Paper products enough for our entire 5 day stay.. A must stay if you need to be in Richmond.

Highly recommend

Great property! Came to Richmond for a wedding and this was a great alternative to a hotel stay. My very first VRBO stay. I was a little nervous about how things would work out. Very walkable area with lots of unique dining experiences. Just a short drive/ride share to downtown. Host provided lots of little unexpected things to make our stay more comfortable. I highly recommend staying in this unit located in this quaint neighborhood .

While I grew up in the Churchill neighborhood, I haven’t lived in Richmond in ages. I found this condo to be the perfect location for a weekend birthday trip with friends who had never been to Richmond. Walking distance to restaurants and bars, and a short Uber ride to downtown and Shockoe Bottom. We were also able to find street parking easily..
