This relaxing home really has it all! You will feel right at home with all new beds and linens. Decorated with style and beachy flair. You will want to spend most of your days sitting by the pool and getting in the hot tub on chilly nights. The pac-man arcade and games will keep the kids busy for hours!

Guest will have access to the whole home except the master closet will be locked off.

No events, parties, smoking, or pets.
Must be 25 to book.
No RV's or campers allowed on the property per HOA rules. Any fines accrued will be the responsibility of the guest.
If guest brings a pet or breaks any rules they will be fined $500 plus any damages.
Grill must be cleaned to avoid a $50 cleaning fee.

Pool is fully fenced and is open year-round. Please request if you want the pool heated. The pool heater is brand new. Also, the private backyard is fully fenced, providing peace of mind with kids.

You are accepting full responsibility for the safety of renting parties and all guests; and agreeing to supervise children to ensure their safety. KIDS MUST BE SUPERVISED ALL THE TIME IN THE POOL AREAS. Owners assume no responsibility for any accident or injury, or damage to or loss of personal property. Please request for the pool to be heated.

For your security there is a ring doorbell, a camera in the front of the house facing the street, a camera in the front facing the driveway and a camera in the backyard facing the pool & hot tub. They are strictly for emergency purposes only. There are 2 cameras that are not hooked up - 1 by garage & 1 in by hot tub. No covering of cameras. If they are there will be a fine of $500.

We provide a starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoo, coffee, etc.) to get you through the first few days. For longer stays, guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed.
