The Space:
Location, location, location! This spectacular home is set right on Magnolia Avenue, named one of the top 10 most beautiful streets in America by National Geographic. You will be right in the middle of the action with The Fountain of Youth just across the street. Magnolia is the most iconic street and a must-see in St. Augustine with its spectacular oak canopy and Spanish moss. The peaceful neighborhood is within an easy walking distance of the Historic District, shops, restaurants, museums, and other downtown attractions. On top of that, gorgeous Vilano Beach is only a five-minute drive away.
Outside, the large circular driveway provides ample parking space for up to three cars. Enjoy sitting at the covered front porch to watch the famous St. Augustine trolleys drive by. You may even catch a glimpse of the iconic Fountain of Youth peacocks walking down the street. Inside, the open layout, featuring hardwood floors throughout, stylish furnishings, and several comfortable seating areas, make the open space a dream for entertaining and gathering. The master suite features an exceptionally large walk-in closet and private bathroom. The spacious, modern kitchen offers lots of counter space and a full suite of high-end appliances, as well as a butcher-block island for even more prep space. At mealtime, there’s plenty of room for everyone between the large, coastal-chic dining table and barstools.

Sun, fun, history, and mystery —From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum and everything in between there is something for everyone and all just a few minutes from the house.
The home is located right in the heart of Uptown St Augustine just a few minutes’ walk from the main street known for boutique shops, art galleries, antique stores, as well as local eateries from pizza to fine dining — such as the beautiful Raintree Restaurant (a 3 minute walk away) and the delicious Luli’s cupcakes (5 min walk).
Head south along San Marco Ave where you will find all sorts of innovative food and drink options, cool indie shops selling everything from furniture to flowers, books, ice cream, cupcakes, art and then wind up in the downtown Historic District (20 min walk) which is a whole other adventure.
Those who appreciate architecture from the 1800s to the 1920s will want to walk through a number of small neighborhoods listed on the National Register of Historic Places. These include the Abbott Tract Historic District, Matanzas Bay, Pine, San Marco, Shenandoah Aves and the Nelmar Terrace Historic District.
Jump aboard the Trolley to see the city, or hire a bike and take your time soaking up each neighborhood, museum and monument.
Getting Around:
The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental with free parking included with your stay and plenty of off street parking.
Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day.
Once in the city center, many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries and attractions sit within the historic city center, making it easy to get around on foot.
The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The Trolley picks up right across the street from the Fountain of Youth!

SECURITY CAMERA: The home has two active security cameras installed - one at the front door and one on the north side of home. No private areas can be seen and there are no other cameras inside or outside the home.
