IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

A $500 MXN PESOS per night (not per person) resort fee will be charged at the security front desk upon arrival. This resort fee is additional and independent from Maxwell Residences.

Bringing your own drinks, alcohol, food, or snacks to the pool areas is prohibited.

Starting March 1st, all renters and guests must present identification upon arrival and wear an Indah wristband for access. This replaces the previous practice of holding guest IDs at the entrance.

Due to scheduled maintenance, the third-level pool and restaurant will be closed from May 7th to August 9th. All other amenities remain available, including the rooftop pool, restaurant, and bar, which will continue to operate normally.

- The 3rd-floor bar opens at 14:00h and dinner service at 18:00h to 21:30h.
- The rooftop terrace Restaurant & Bar is open 08:00h - 18:00h.
- Room Service from 8:00h to 22:00h.
- The Restaurant is credit or debit card only.

- Rooftop Terrace - Infinity oceanfront pool and a jacuzzi.
Open 12:00 pm - 11:00 pm.
Third-floor Terrace - Infinity oceanfront pool and a jacuzzi.
Open 8:00 am - 10:00 pm.

FITNESS CENTER
- Fully equipped, oceanview, open 24/7, no reservation needed.

PRIVATE PARKING LOT
- One parking spot is available in an underground garage.

The Neighborhood:
This oceanfront condo is located in the lower Conchas Chinas area, just steps from the beach and minutes away from all the culture and action going on in Zona Romantica.

Getting Around:
You can easily walk to Zona Romantica in 10-15 minutes, or take a 2-minute uber costing only $2-4.
There are two quiet beaches located in front of the condo, and you can walk to Los Muertos Beach in about 5 minutes.

- speakers are not allowed at the pool
- strict quiet hours after 11pm
- no music on the balcony any time
- no smoking in building including balconies
- no parties
