We had such a wonderful time staying in this villa! The views are incredible, the place was immaculate, and the host was incredibly helpful and informative! One of our best vacations yet! A big “thank you” to Kris (the host) and Viola (the housekeeper) for going above and beyond to make sure everything exceeded our expectations!

Xanadu is a stunning villa, well equipped, clean and everything is of a h standard. Kris is an exceptional host, very knowledgeable of the villa and surrounding area. We have a very enjoyable stay and hope to return one day. The views are remarkable and will never be forgotten.

What stood out for us was the host, the amenities, the property design and space, the location, and the view. This is a special place and Kris (the host) is exceptional in her professionalism and service. Great stay and will look to returning.

Incredible vacation at an incredible villa! Stayed 6 nights and the views are to die for! The host was extremely responsive and friendly with helpful instructions. I will never forget the sunsets every evening and the memories that were made! We didn’t ever want to leave our place!

Breathtaking views

Xanadu is a beautiful villa with stunning coastal views. All rooms are beautifully presented. Beaches and restaurants are a short drive as are other amenities. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Property was lovely, however I think the owner needs to put some money into upgrading to get it to class 1 status

Beautiful Home, Great Management

My husband, our two college kids, and I thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay at this beautiful home! The layout is very unique. Each bedroom has it's own entrance, all surrounding the pool which opens right into the main living area. Every area faces the water and overlooks Pigeon Island. Perfect for watching the sunset. You can see cruise ships, sailboats, and Martinique daily. FYI 2 of the bedrooms and the main living area have all been completely remodeled. The master bedroom is next!The host, Kris, was the most attentive and friendly host we have ever encountered in a VRBO rental. She made sure every little detail was attended to, she takes excellent care of the property, and is just a willing resource for all things St. Lucia. Viola came to clean the house a few days during our stay. The area is peaceful and quiet, with the exception of neighbor's barking dogs. Would definitely recommend this property for a carefree vacation and great location.

We felt like we were staying in paradise at this property. We stayed a week in June with our two kids, (ages 15 and 18) and had a wonderful time. Having never visited St. Lucia before, we were very thankful for Kris's guidance on transportation and things to do. The home was spectacular and very comfortable. The pool and view from every angle were just amazing.
