The property was beautiful! We loved the fenced in yard. The open floor plan made it easy to spend time all together. The beds were a bit too hard for our liking, but that seems to always be the case. The property was close to the strip but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet.

The home was beautiful, our 2 dogs loved playing in the backyard and taking a walk to the lake just a few minutes away from the home. The kitchen was spacious it allowed us to enjoy every mealtime with being able to cook freely and still be able to communicate with our family members at the dining table or relaxing on the couch. Gary was a great host during our stay and responded quickly with any questions we had. We will definitely be back again. Thank you

I stayed recently for a nice Monday-Friday. When i tried to enter the property initially, I had issues with the code. Gary was quick and helpful to communicate and to get maintenance out ASAP to remedy the problem. He informed me that there have been recent outages with the electronic lock company.Upon entering the house, it felt very well-appointed and clean. You can tell immediately that great care goes into keeping up the rental, even with the many of us renters who keep coming and leaving. When small questions arose, Gary was always helpful with answering them - and very expediently. I really appreciated that.The house had just about everything that we needed during the stay. For those of you who regularly use VRBO, the owner had a unicorn - ample paper products. There was no need to go shopping for extra paper towels, toilet paper, or even kleenex(!!!) The internet worked well during the stay for streaming movies and TV shows. Location was amazing. It was quite literally right around the corner from the GOTL strip and GOTL Township park (which features a sandy beach for Lake Erie).Also for star-gazers, This part of GOTL has very little ambient light which really makes the stars pop at night on a clear night.Recommended for sure!

Perfect Home for Geneva Wineries

We loved our stay here. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and had comfortable beds. We were in a perfect location, just a short drive to countless wineries.

Great family get-a-way in Geneva on the lake!

Celebrated my daughter’s 30th birthday at the vineyards! The cheerful blue house is beautiful with great private backyard! Nice short walk to the lake!! Will book again in the future!!

Beautiful, clean home with everything we needed for our girls trip! Excellent communication and helpful with booking our golf cart and wine tour! Cheerful Blue house is in an excellent location just far enough away from the strip for peace and quiet but close to it all! Very comfortable and relaxing stay!

Bachelorette getaway

We had a great girls getaway for my bachelorette at Geneva on the lake! The house was extremely clean and we loved the style. It was so close to the strip we walked when we went out. We enjoyed the back patio with fenced in yard.

Family Long Weekend

I visited with my children and grand children. The house was perfect, the location was perfect and the backyard was amazing. It allowed the kiddos to run and play as we relaxed a bit.

Cheerful House

We enjoyed our stay at the Cheerful Blue House! The location was close to everything, and although it rained our entire trip and a majority of the strip was still closed we had a good time. The house was cozy and stocked with the basic essentials.

Birthday celebration

This house was absolutely perfect for our family weekend trip. We were able to enjoy the local wineries and bars as well as just spend some downtime chilling at the house. We highly recommend this place !!
