Thank you so much Bridget for choosing to stay in my home. I'm glad you had a wonderful time and I'm grateful for your stay. The cul de sac was a big reason why I bought the home in 2010 when my twins were only 3 at that time. It was a nice and safe place for them to play!

I just wanted to quickly point out that the advertised check-in time for my home was 4 PM. I did speak with my cleaners to find out why it wasn't ready when you arrived early and they had multiple back-to-back cleanings that day. Thank you for leaving the review. I always appreciate feedback. What would have been helpful to assist with your stay would have been to reach out to me with any concerns. I don't recall receiving any notices from you. If I knew about the missing passes, I would have addressed it right away. Sometimes those walk away with prior guests by accident. I have had guests in since you and no one has mentioned an electrical issue with appliances. However, I'll ask my handyman to go out and test all appliances. Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear your stay did not meet expectations, as I take pride in responding quickly and ensuring guests are comfortable. Regarding the grill, I personally used and cleaned it during my stay just two weeks prior and had replaced all burners a few months earlier. It was working then, but when you notified me it was not, I immediately sent my handyman to inspect. Once confirmed, I purchased a brand new grill that was delivered and installed within twenty four hours. As for the televisions, all are functioning. After your departure I found the remotes were missing batteries, which explained why they did not work. Once replaced, the TVs worked normally. The living room remote had been removed entirely, which we determined through troubleshooting, and I ordered a new one that same day. I shared delivery notifications with you, though shipping to Sunriver takes time and it did not arrive before your departure. Throughout your visit I maintained daily communication and acted promptly on every concern raised. The dining chairs are the original set with the table and this is the first mention of them being an issue. Light bulbs and the coffee maker were not raised during your stay, though I will continue to review these items. While I regret you did not feel satisfied, I want to assure you and future guests that I responded immediately to every concern and remain committed to providing a positive experience.

Thank you for your feedback. I will agree that the hot tub was not cleaned the day guests checked out and the same day you checked in. I think it's important to point out that I did give you notice the day I found out which was your arrival day that my spa maintenance tech caught COVID and informed me that he wouldn't be able to make it out. He's a one man show. Given it was a holiday, I wasn't able to find other service providers. Therefore, it was suggested to fill the tub and put the one scoop of necessary chemicals available. I did offer you a credit but you chose to not respond to my offering due to these items that came up and were out of my control. All the best!

Stefanie, thank you for your review. To clarify the situation, my cleaners admittedly overlooked this scheduled cleaning for which I communicated to you. It doesn't make your arrival any better and I apologize and recognize that. They did come in and clean the very next morning and brought all new bedding, towels, etc. The hot tub was cleaned. I have your comments via text, stating that they did a "lovely job" and that you were "grateful for the hot tub guy". In short, this was a scheduling mishap, which was unfortunate and not representative of how the home is presented when guests arrive. As far as the promise of the cleaning fee, I don't see any of that in our discussions but I'm happy to provide that for you.
