This Condo is located in the front of the L building with an open hallway overlooking office and sports amenities. Free equipment for these may be checked out in the office which also includes a lending library of books, puzzles and brochures. There are also excellent walking trails nearby and easily assessible. This oceanfront complex is full of fun with the only outdoor pool with a waterslide in Atlantic Beach. Other amenities include indoor pool, tennis & basketball courts, miniature golf and shuffleboard. Fun for the whole family!

Undiscovered Gem
We have been up and down the NC Coast for more than 35 years. It's been a long time since we've stayed at Atlantic Beach. We reserved this unit only a week before our check-in date, so I was a little leery of what to expect. This unit is SMALL, but clean. It included everything we needed, too. The beach was VERY wide, so it was a pretty good haul to get out to the ocean, but I guess that's a good thing! The pool and the slide were awesome, too! My grandson loved the pool, so we spent a good mix between the beach and the pool. It was very obvious that the owners have spent a LOT of money to update these units lately. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The ladies at Cannon & Gruber helped us find a comfortable location for a short notice mini vacation. We've visited APABIII for over 30 years and once again were pleased with the experience. Great, relaxing environment with plenty of amenities, comforts of home and easy access to the beach. We'll definitely check CGR any time we're able to return to AB area.
