Never again
The property manager of property#3034249 never gave me the information for the unit I needed to check-in. Several attempts were made to contact him to no avail. Arrived at the property to find out there was no reservation for my stay. I had a confirmation for those dates and a receipt of the amount paid under reservation HA-YJ095. Our visit to Las Vegas was to celebrate a special day for one of my daughters. This was the trip from hell. I will admit that Vrbo's staff went above and beyond to salvage the first night in Las Vegas, but the second night was not fun trying to get a room in Las Vegas for Saturday Night. I'm not sure who's responsible for the communication breakdown between VRBO and the property manager. You can be sure that it will be a very long time before I use your service and will let friends and family know about my experience with Vrbo.
