Nice clean easy to access place to stay. Parking great and centrally located in Vancouver. Far enough from sights that transport is recommended staying here, but transport in Vancouver is very easy!

Little off the beaten path. To get to town I recommend Uber or other ride service as the area needed to travel through to get there is very sketchy. The area of the condo however seems OK

Better explanation of fab usage. The gate remote was clear and worked great. The fab for front door and elevator use not at all. We had a sink issue on day 2 with no help or quick response. No light for living room area. No reading light in both bedrooms & no over head light in other room. Night container yard & trains are Noisy!

The building is secure with underground parking that was easy to use and very well maintained with good sized parking spaces. It felt like it was a close drive to everything we wanted to see and gave us a look at the real Vancouver. Great apartment with everything we could have needed and more.

The property is just as described. Very cute little place with visas overlooking an industrial area highlighted by the Sugar processing plant and a large container yard. If that doesn't sound gratt to you I can say that at night or during the day it was fun to be on the balcony just watching the activity. As for the listings address on Hastings and proximity to some very sad examples of human tragedy, I found the property safe and far enough away that it did not need to come in play. Some people just hear the street name and have a bad impression. All in all we had a greatcstay and I would use this host again. The host communicatio. With us was excellent.

This property was great! Super clean, well organized, amazing view of waterfront and host had well written directions on how to access property and garage-which was all super secure- also on how to contact them with any requests. Would stay again when in town!

There are a few restaurants and cafes around, and easy 3-4 minute walk to public transit! The views are unbeatable and the amenities were fantastic. Thanks for the stay!

Location was great for us, great view of the ocean and lots of activity. Hosts were thoughtful with providing the home touches, towels, coffee, tea, spices and a drawer full of kids toys. Parking security was excellent, had to drive through 3 secure gates which eere easy to navigate. Building and Condo unit was VERY clean! Entry instructions were easy to follow. Beds were very comfortable! I would definitely stay again. There was a great coffee shop less than a 1 minute walk and the best Pho place just out side the entry to the building !

Great views, comfortable stay

Good communication, easy check-in. Very clean and amazing views. The location is just beyond the rougher area around East Hastings but was very convenient to access all the areas we wanted to see by Uber. Some train noise, but it was fascinating to watch the harbour activity. Would stay here again.

Amazing stay in edgy neighbourhood

Strathcona is a really cool up and coming place. Chinatown is amazing as well, just stay away from Main and Hastings.

Only 2 minors things, noise or the train at 04h AM and lot of peoples living on the street on Hastings but out of your control. Rest was perfect, thank you

Check in was difficult, couldn’t even get in the building because the scan box out front was down… can’t blame the owners of the place for that but it did start our vacation off poorly. We get in and there’s half a roll of toilet paper inside for 4 guest for 4 days… not acceptable, had to buy our own. As for the “view” it was clear they used AI to get rid of the shipping containers in their photos cause it’s a IMS yard where there are trains blowing their whistles and crashing into the rail cars all day and night. Not a great experience. Another problem we had which was minor was the Netflix the audio is out of sync with the playback which we found extremely annoying. Wouldn’t recommend staying here if you can help it. The place itself isn’t too bad but for what we payed for the place ( 2000 for 4 days ) we were not happy.

Great place with a view!

Check in was super easy, they send you all the information before you get there. We had a view of the ocean, sugar refinery and two ports. So there was a bit of noise from that. But to be expected in a big city! Super cute little place! Would stay here again
