We had a great stay overall. The home was very clean, the view was beautiful, and the location was quiet and relaxing. Watching the dolphins feed just off the deck every morning was surreal! The deck area was fenced off and perfect for our pets. Communication with the host was excellent and made everything easy.The only issue was a raised lip in the driveway entering the carport that wasn’t clearly marked, which led to a near fall and a few stubbed toes. It may be helpful for future guests if this area were made more visible.Otherwise, an absolutely beautiful place—we’d happily stay again.

Pros - location on the water is great for a bit of seclusion, nobody right next to you. The house is well laid out and appointed. Comfortable beds, huge balcony/deck space, fantastic views and decent fishing opportunities from the bulkhead and pier. Cons - it’s a bit of a drive into town, 12-15 mins so prepare for that, due to some miscommunication the beds were not made and the home appeared to have not been properly cleaned before our arrival plus the entry code did not work, however, with a few calls these issues were finally resolved. All in all, we properly enjoyed our stay and will consider returning at a different time of year to test the fishing again. Caught a couple good keeper trout, my suggestion would be to ditch the industrial lights on the pier and put in underwater or overhead green lighting, which would cut down the amount of bugs you have to fight off at night. Lime that the pier is not super long and still has plenty of seating and pole holders with a cleaning station as well.

We regret the miscommunication about the beds, the condition of the home on arrival, and the initial issue with the entry code, and we will look into each of these points. Most enjoyable

this was a great way to spend a little weekend get away! we were very impressed with the overall experience me and my family. this was a first but will not be the last and hope to get the same house on our summer vacation

Fun Place

The house was very nice. We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. We even caught a few fish and put out a crab trap.

Beautiful view but....

The homes outside unit went out. I called in first thing Saturday morning. We were without a/c Friday night, Saturday day/night and Sunday morning. Storm blew in so it was hot and muggy. For what I paid $200 credit was not satisfactory to comp my stay. The precious neighbor was the only one to offer assistance to help cool the house. Disappointed in management.
