Fabulous di Saint-Germain des Pres! Questo appartamento è incredibilmente situato nel cuore della splendida Saint-Germain, all'angolo di rue Guenegaud e rue Mazarine. Una strada di distanza dalla riva, a cinque minuti a piedi dal Pont des Arts, Louvre, ecc

Situato al primo piano con ascensore nel cortile, questo appartamento è completamente silenzioso e tranquillo. Non hai nemmeno sentire qualsiasi auto dal Rue Guenegaud con le finestre completamente aperte. Rare a Parigi. Privilegio Unic in quella zona, vi è una terrazza balcone privato per apprezzare il cielo durante i giorni dolci su una poltrona.

Unit was in a very convenient location with lots of things to do and easy to navigate to and from. Having the AC unit was definitely a bonus and it was absolutely everything we needed for our 3 night getaway.

Thierry was a good of communicator, the instructions for all appliances and for entering the apartment were clear. There was a small problem with the building before we arrived and Thierry let us know and kept in touch through resolution. The issue was completely resolved before our check in. The apartment was in a perfect location for us. The area has a neighborhood feel, yet within walking distance of many great museums and local supermarkets. Local restaurants were good and there are several bakeries just a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay and if we ever get back to Paris, we will stay again!

We have stayed in many VBRO units and we always try to rent from owners with very good reviews. Thierry is a fantastic owner; very helpful every time I had a question. We were in Paris during one of their heat waves. He has a box a/c that was a blessing but it did struggle with the excessive heat. Pictures are a fair representation of the furnishings. Bed was comfortable. The location could not be any better. We walked to all sites we wanted to visit. Odeon metro is just a 8 minute walk. For the location, pricing and helpful owner, I feel we could not have made a better choice and we would stay here again.

I love this place and the host is so very responsive and gracious. This was the second time I have stayed here and it won’t be the last! The location is perfect as it is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and central to anywhere you want to go. As a solo traveler I loved being able to go out in the evening and safely walk around to see Paris at night!

Excellent location. The apartment is fully equipped, and the little terrace is a great bonus for sitting outside and enjoying a glass of wine. Thierry was a great host from the moment we first met.The apartment is absolutely perfect for two people. I wish I had known about it for our previous visits to Paris. I loved this place! It lived up to the description in every way! The location is perfect, especially to go out and experience Paris at night! As a single senior felt perfectly safe. The host was very welcoming.

Our stay at the studio was pleasant. The location was convenient to so many museums and those sights a bit father away were easy to reach with RER train, metro and buses. There were a bunch of restaurants and cafes nearby but you could also eat simple meals in the apartment shopping at the local grocery stores. The studio also had a washer for clothes, which was very helpful. I would gladly return to this studio for my next Paris visit.

I would happily stay here again! Everything I needed, even a little terrace which was lovely to enjoy the perfect weather! This is a great location, in the middle of the 6th and super quiet, anything you might need is just a few steps away.

Thierry was very nice and always responsive. The unit was cozy, in a very convenient location central to many sightseeing activities and the metro. It was also surprisingly quiet for how busy the area was. Also came well stocked with kitchenware and bedding/toiletries.

This place is in a great location. It was walking distance to many iconic places in Paris. It’s close to restaurants, shops, a bike rental place, the river, a pharmacy, and a grocery store. It has air conditioning (not like the U.S., you need to know this is European air conditioning. I knew the difference because I travel a lot ;)). I really liked that it had a washing machine. We washed clothes twice and hung our clothes on the drying rack and they were dry the next morning (very helpful). The apartment is up on the first floor, which is up one flight of stairs and behind two coded doors for safety purposes. There are light switches to turn the lights on in the hallway at two locations, they go off on a timer. I walked to and from my conference every day alone and felt safe coming and going. Theirry is great; good communication and videos to explain the AC and washer. He is very responsive and has good recommendations. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable studio in great location

Was exactly what we were looking for. Location was key and we were right where we wanted to be. Amenities were very good as well. Coffee and kettle for tea were great for kickstarting the day.

Perfect in Paris!

Our stay was amazing! The apartment had everything we needed, felt spacious/comfortable and was so close to everything. Took the train from the airport and was easy to find. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

Bathroom was clean, nice and shower had great water pressure. Kitchenette was nice and appreciated the stocked nespresso machine. Perfect studio for our stay.
