Good experience with this property. It was a little farther to the water than we expected but still within walking distance. House was very clean, roomy and well appointed. Comfortable beds and linens.

This was a wonderful stay for the 4th of July. There were 9 of us total and we were all comfortable, the AC was great, bathrooms clean, and the patio was nice, even in 95 degree weather. We are looking forward to coming back for a nice fishing trip when the weather cools!

Thank you for your review, would you mind letting me know what should be addressed outside? You can respond here or message in the app. We manage this property from Texas and rely on our housekeeper to let us know when things need to be addressed, so your feedback is greatly appreciated. We did replace the patio furniture this weekend that was recently destroyed in a storm or by an animal. Again appreciate your feedback, thank you again for your stay.

This property was very clean and well kept. Karen is quick to reply to questions. The whirlpool tub is why I chose this property. There's a couple of sweet neiborhood dogs that will not leave if you feed them. This property is spacious and very well equipped. We'll definitely consider this property for future stays.

We felt that it could have been cleaned better. The floor and window sills were not clean. The yard needed to be mowed but the weather may have played a part in that.
