2025 Rates - The high season and holiday nightly rate is $4,000/night and the low season nightly rate is $3,000/night.
6 to 12 month long term lease is $60,000/month.
Month to month rate is $80,000/month. Please note, that rates may vary.

One of the larger parcels on Padaro, with a feeling of breadth and bright generous spaces. Nearly every room in the home takes advantage of ocean, coastline, and island views. Sit by the fire pit or in the hot tub, watch the dolphins, take in the stars and the ocean breeze, and let the sound of the ocean lull you to sleep. This is the ultimate in luxury and a lifestyle some can only dream about.
Details include a gourmet kitchen with Viking appliances and marble center island, butler's pantry, ice cream bar off the interior lanai, walnut and mahogany flooring, Baccarat lights, beautiful columns, incredible paneling and ceiling detail, and three suites with the ability to function as the primary bedroom.
The guest house and the garage are not included in this rental. A single long term tenant lives in the guest house.
