Excellent communication! House was perfect location to travel around and easily accessible. Gorgeous house that had everything and made an amazing stay with my family. Highly recommend this location and house if you’re planning on sightseeing from JBLM to Seattle! Absolutely love the wrap around porch and hot tub with fireplace and sitting area!

Check in was easy. House is beautiful, as is the surrounding area. The porch has corn hole boards that we had a lot of fun with. The kitchen has any utensil, cooking pots/pans, gadget you could need. Coffee, cream, sugar and basic dry good staples readily supplied- which was AWESOME! The beds were all so comfortable. This was an EXCELLENT stay!

Home Away from Home

Visited my family in the area. Children and grandchildren visited me while there and we enjoyed a family dinner and activities on the property. The yard and amenities were great and the home very well appointed! Felt like a home away from home! Very warm and inviting.

Perfect family home

We felt so comfortable the minute we walked in. Everything was clean and the home was spacious. We enjoyed the outside seating areas as well as the little neighborhood. The house is next to a busier street but we couldn't hear any noise inside the house. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again. The host did a great job communicating.

This was our first trip to the Tacoma area. This comfortable home was a wonderful place to stay and accommodated our adult children, their spouses and grandson. The house was well appointed, even providing a high chair and pack n play. Communication with the host was good. Open spaces were inviting inside and outside. The wrap around porch with corn hole game was nice! Good location with grocery shopping and easy access to I5. Highly recommend!

Home Away From Home

This was the perfect place for us as we visited Washington for our son’s graduation. The property was exactly as advertised and felt like a home not a rental. Communication with the property manager was flawless. The home was spotless and we had no issues while staying there but I’m sure if we had they would have been handled timely. Would definitely stay here in future visits!

Very Good

Excellent property. Clean, very well maintained and well appointed. Ac was great for the hot days of August. Everything worked and the check in check out process was simple. Interaction with the manger was professional and easy. Backyard is surrounded by beautiful big trees and has an appropriate fence. The only draw back is that the house is on a moderately busy street so you get some street noise when outside and just a little when inside. Very nice place. Would stay again.

Three generations of family

Great space overall for family time! King and Queen mattresses were not comfortable and we had to buy some additional pillows for comfort. Hot tub is more of a warm tub. Wifi was sometimes insufficient to stream sports events. But some lovely and thoughtful touches. Overall, it was a great space for our family to share time together over the holidays!

Great house in a great location.

We were in town for a family reunion and this house was perfectly located in relation to family we were there to see. It was also minutes away from a grocery store and several good places to eat. We are accustomed to staying in rental cabins in the great lakes region that are pretty much a linens only provided situation. We were so happy with the amount of little amenities that were in the home. We needed a cooler, there was a cooler in the garage. Plenty of toilet paper, soap, spices, pancake syrup. Spare propane for the grill and the outdoor fire pit. The beds were very comfortable and living area was more then large enough for us to have a few members of the family over to visit. Tv was large and had a good selection of apps that worked for us. We missed having a tv in our bedroom, but we are need tv to fall sleep people We were discussing our next visit before we left. We will definitely be coming back
