The condo has a nice view of the gulf. It’s very well maintained and has a well stocked kitchen. Everything was easily accessible- the unit itself, beach, parking lot. Fred was easy to get a hold of and very flexible. We enjoyed our stay.

Fred has a wonderful condo and is a great host. Our family spends a lot of time on the beach, and we really liked the second-floor location for ease of access. We hope to stay again in the future, everything was great and we would definitely recommend.

Great condo with marvelous beach access and views. Host was very easy to communicate with and promptly relied. It’s nice that there were beach supplies for guests to use, even though we had our own. We would stay there again.

This is our second stay at Navarre Regency 210. The location and cleanliness of the condo are wonderful! The condo is very pleasing to the eye and practical. The living room furniture could be more comfortable for lounging but it is in good condition and clean so we can’t complain. Check in and check out is so easy which is very much appreciated! The complex has nice carts for moving stuff into and out of the condo. Elevators are in great working condition. The pool is very clean and well maintained. Fred is one of the best hosts we’ve ever dealt with. He is great to communicate with. Quick to respond but not overbearing. We highly recommend Navarre Regency 210!!! You won’t be disappointed!

Perfect beach getaway!!

Would 100% stay at property again, nice big rooms never felt crowded even in kitchen, back patio was spacious so you didn’t feel crowded & much restaurants within walking distance. Hopefully will be able to stay at property again.

Perfect location with amazing ocean views for our family of 5 with 3 teen and young adult guys! Quick walk over the boardwalk to the beach. Highly recommend setting out your beach canopy, etc, at sunrise, if here during peak season, if you want to be in the first row. Regency beachfront is far less crowded than the high rises on either side, but still busy. Fishing pier is an easy walk from condo. Saw dolphins from beach one day. Saw 4 sea turtles from the pier. Comfortable beds with blackout curtains. Lots of space. Couldn’t hear anything outside the condo - so we slept really well. We were worried about potential pool noise, but it wasn’t an issue at all. Everyone crossing to the pool or to the beach must have a Regency band visible, which prevented others from accessing the beach at this spot. Short delay with check in - resolved with owner. Large kitchen for cooking but only had basic kitchen utensils, cookware, etc. Enjoyed our first vacation to Navarre Beach!

Relaxing fall getaway

Condo was perfect and had all needed necessities. The balcony is spacious with plenty of seating. The views are spectacular!! Overall a wonderful stay.
