Visiting family in a nearby town and Derek's home offered an ideal location. The fenced back yard also is a great addition for our dog offering an excellent opportunity for some 'off leash' time while on the trip.

Excellent Host!Our host Derek was terrific! Weather caused some pivots with our travel plans. Derek provided options for our check in and was accommodating to our needs. He was responsive when we required assistance. The home had everything we needed for our stay. Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Pet friendly.

Great location close to family and friends that we were visiting - friendly neighborhood for dog walks but the fenced backyard was an added bonus for our dog to get out and run about - looking forward to our return visit.

Came for a party and stayed overnight with our dog and another couple. The house was perfect - well-kept and nicely decorated with a lovely deck, gorgeous water views, cozy rooms, and one of the most comfy couches I've ever sat on. Derek is an amazing host - super friendly, helpful, available and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again when we visit our friends close by! Thank you for a great VRBO stay!

This is a perfect cottage get-away. The house is easy to locate and access. The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious. There were even dog bowls for my pouch!

We had a great stay here. Everything was perfect. The house is adorable and so beautifully decorated. The host Derek has thought of every detail. For example there was a full length mirror in one of the bedrooms. So many hosts don’t think of that! The location is excellent, close to many stores and restaurants. The backyard is lovely with a large deck. We stayed for a family wedding and were able to have our dogs with us which made life so much easier. Derek is an excellent host, so thoughtful and very responsive. We cannot say enough good things about this stay. Thank you again Derek!

Convenient Get-away

Very comfortable house, convenient location to work and play (beaches, sights, restaurants, etc). Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Host was exceptionally communicative and accommodating!

Great location for visiting my family

Again the location was great, down the street from my brothers house and several friends. The house is a great size for my family of 3 and has a nice fenced backyard to let my little one run around when needed.
