The house was perfect for our group! We enjoyed the game room, the kitchen was well equipped and plenty of room for everyone. The out side patio was also very nice!

Terrific weekend stay

The house was well appointed and perfectly located for our visit to Lewisville to watch our daughter’s college swim meet. It also easily accommodated her teammates for a dinner afterward. The neighborhood is quiet with cute coffee shops and restaurants a short drive away. Goldnest was a wonderful host and responded quickly to our needs.

The perfect home away from home!

The pictures do not do the house justice! It had absolutely everything we needed (plus some!). The kitchen is fully stocked. Beds are super comfortable as are the pillows. And LOTS of towels. The neighborhood is nice, quiet and was ideally located for us. We would absolutely stay here again during our next visit! This home was perfect for our family!

Nice place

We were visiting family and friends in the area. Great backyard for our puppy. Beautiful home. The only complaint I have is that it seemed they were overly concerned we might have visitors. Maybe they had a bad experience with guests partying in the past? Regardless, when we had difficulty opening the front door on arrival, they were easy to contact and helped us quickly. It is a beautiful home and was a comforatble stay

I thought the property was great. It fit our party well. The only complaint I have is communication. They emailed and texted a ton and would not call to communicate.

Last Minute Rental Appreciation

Thank you for making your home ready for my family in such a short time. Our family needed a hub for lodging and meals as we prepared for a funeral. The house was large enough for us to all visit together in the beautiful living room, and it has a couple of outdoor/recreation areas set up for relaxation. There were comfortable beds in each room and ample storage. The kitchen appliances are updated with a nice prep area for meals. Maybe we’ll be able to stay again under different circumstances and have a chance to enjoy the home and area more! Thank you again for making this available so quickly!

Great house, but not quite as advertised

Great house, clean sheets, good beds. Good location, neighborhood, privacy, etc. Loved the basketball court. Great appliances in the kitchen if you are cooking. Great bathroom for master, showerhead, etc. Things I'd improve upon: 1. They advertised a propane heater on outside deck for sitting around after dark; not only was it not hooked up to propane, when I asked about it they told me they would reimburse me if I went and had them filled. Ironically there were NO propane tanks to be found. 2. Inside fireplace did not work; we were there for a holiday and would have been nice with the colder weather. 3. Dish towels? Extra towels for showers? Skimpy hen it comes to ammenities. 4. Game room is NOT a game room for adults--it is kid pool, kid darts, and kid pinball. The pinball and the PacMan share a power cord? We misunderstood this to be a room where adults would have games--these are cheap and even the kids didn't play much.
