The back yard features a large patio area with a fire pit - ideal for family campfires under the stars. Your hosts provide yard games, including Corn Hole.

This 3 bedroom home sits in a quiet residential neighborhood with off street parking. The recent renovation has retained the classic moldings and wood floors. The three bedrooms and 1 bath are on the second floor; there is a full bath on the first floor.

Note: Your hosts lives in a separate structure on the property - totally separate from the house. Guests have privacy, but hosts are nearby if you need assistance.

Awesome location to allstar village

We loved this house SO close to allstar village. Great beds, showers, convenient kitchen, and best location to grab a quick meal, snack, or nap between baseball games.

Calhoun Place was amazing!!! They went above and beyond what we expected to make sure we had everything we needed!

Calhoun Place is adorable! The property is great inside and out! The house is very well decorated and we were very comfortable our entire stay! Patrick and Hannah went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! The upstairs bathroom was awesome, especially the shower! Their house was so convenient to All Star Village, which made it so easy to go back and forth. They were also close to many restaurants, especially Pizza 23, which I highly recommend. I would highly recommend Calhoun Place if you are looking for a very clean, safe and convenient place to stay! We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect place!

The convenience to All Star Village is worth every penny you pay! It’s a 2-3 minute drive to the fields. House was clean, had everything you would need. TV’s in all 3 rooms, comfortable beds, great kitchen. We had 3 adults so it worked well. The boys came and stayed the last night and the bunks were perfect for them. Loved the Wii in their room. The downstairs bathroom is a little small but doable. The stairs are steep, fine for us but just something to know. We had a great stay and would highly recommend. Also great communication from the owners!!

Beautiful cozy home super close to All Star Village

Hannah and Patrick were amazing hosts! The house was beautiful, cozy and super clean! It was only 3 minute drive to All Star Village so it was great! I would highly recommend Calhoun Place if you are looking for a very clean and comfortable place to stay!
