Thank you for your review and for sharing your feedback with us. We are glad to hear you enjoyed the location and found our team easy to communicate with! We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced during your stay. We take cleanliness very seriously—we utilize a professional linen service for all of our linens, and every set is fully swapped out and replaced after each guest. We will be following up directly with our linen service regarding your concerns to ensure this does not happen again. Regarding the patio, the trees that overhang the area produce a significant amount of natural debris, which can make it very challenging to keep up with, especially depending on the timing between guest checkout and our cleaning crew's turnover window. We truly appreciate your valuable feedback, as it helps us improve the experience for future guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again!
