Recently underwent a complete modernized renovation with new bathroom, kitchen, flooring, lighting, HVAC and much more! Take a dip in our pool while grilling by the poolside, overlooking the intercoastal. This condo is centrally located on the main barrier island, within a 5 min. walking distance to the beach and less than a 10 min. drive to the downtown and Las Olas nightlife. Oceanfront restaurants and bars, country club golf courses & local fishing piers are all just minutes away!

This is a family-friendly condo in a prime location with the convenience of on-site amenities to make this an unforgettable vacation to Ft. Lauderdale.

Don't feel like walking the 5 min. stroll to the beach? No problem! Download the 'Ride Circuit' app - a 100% electric local, on-demand ride hailing shuttle service. It's like Uber, but cheaper, greener and strictly local to the Fort Lauderdale and Las Olas Beach area.

King size memory foam bed w/ 55" Smart 4K UHD LED TV

Private Separate Room / Den:
Full size memory foam bed for additional sleeping accommodations. Bathroom is located in private separate room/den.

Living Room:
55" Smart 4K UHD LED TV with intercoastal views.

Dining Room:
There is seating for 4.

Kitchen:
Has all the essentials you need for your basic cooking needs.

Other:
Central air conditioning with free high speed wi-fi

Guests have full access to the entire property, which includes:

- Heated pool overlooking the intercoastal
- BBQ grills overlooking the intercoastal
- Sunbathing dock w/ lounge chairs and tables
- Coin operated laundry on site
- Parking on site

Our condo is located in a fantastic location, just 4 blocks away from the beach, on the barrier island and directly in front of the main intercoastal. In a 5-7 min walk, you could spend your days soaking up the sun on the powdery sand of Fort Lauderdale Beach & Las Olas Beach. Enjoy a meal with an ocean view at some of the finest restaurants in Ft Lauderdale as they are only a short walk away. You can tee off on the green at the Coral Ridge Country Club, or grab your fishing poles and reel in the catch of the day from the local pier, all just minutes away!

Renting a car? We got you covered! Parking is located on site and is $10/day with a maximum out of cost of $100, regardless of length of stay. Payable to the front office on site and they provide you with a parking permit. Don't feel like paying? No problem! Parking across the street is free, but on a first come, first serve basis.

Parking requires special permit decal from front office. Failure to return the parking pass to the front office will result in a $200 replacement fee.

All TVs in the unit are smart TVs. Streaming subscriptions are not included, however the guests can log into their own personal streaming accounts to view streaming programs.
Rules per the Homeowners Association (HOA) of the building:

- Quiet Hours: 10pm - 7am

More details regarding "Quiet Hours": Any sound shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily and at a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily. Please note there is a noise detection device to enforce quiet hours.

Should law enforcement get dispatched to the unit due to excessive noise complaints, this will result in a $1,000 fine.

- No outside guests may use the common areas (e.g. the pool area). In other words, only the guests listed within the Airbnb reservation may use the common facilities.

- No parties or large events

- No smoking or vaping anywhere on site, including outdoor common areas.

- No pets

- Primary renter must be 25+ to RSVP. Primary renter must be present during entire duration of stay.

- No glassware or glass containers/bottles in the common areas (e.g. pool
and bbq area)

- Must clean up after oneself in the common areas (e.g. don't leave trash lying around the pool, bbq area, walkway and outside the door)

- Must clean the outdoor bbq/gas grill after using it

- Violation of any of the house rules may result in a $500 fine.

- Violation of any house rules may result in an eviction with NO refunds.

- Missing towels will incur a fee of $20 per towel

- Must pay the $10 a day parking fee (when applicable) before you check out. Missing parking passes will result in a $200 replacement fee for the lost property.

- Please report any damages to host immediately on first day of check in. If damages are determined to be caused by guest misuse, additional charges may be assessed for repairs/replacement.

- Guest agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat, clean and tidy as Guest found the premises to be upon check-in. Normal wear and usage is expected, however, excessive dirt on floors, rugs, furniture and trash lying around may require additional cleaning and extra charges may apply.

- Please do not place any personal items outside of the unit. Do not hang personal belongings on the rail outside the unit.

- Only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Should an incident arise where a professional is needed to address a toilet issue and the professional finds an item that is not toilet paper as the source of the toilet issue, a $500+ fine will be assessed to remediate the problem.

All cracked up -

Deep Crack in ceiling over bed ,management did patch during our trip, on advertisement said it was renovated and also showed a beautiful pool, after submitting payment , PM us and informed us of the pool being down for repairs, but did not notice the message regarding the pool. Paperwork that was sent out stated the pool was working. I felt like pictures did not match description. He did , Offer us to cancel and to get our money back for the remaining days, also offered 10% off remaining days. We did not just because we did not have time to change our accommodations due to being at the convention center Wednesday- Saturday.I have never been displeased using VRBO in the past, but this time we were extremely disappointed.

The place is nice but the layout is ridiculously bad

The property is nice and the actual place is very nice inside. However, the layout is terrible. You can only get to the bathroom from the secondary bedroom. Not great if couples or kids. Also I don't believe it was mentioned there is a $10 per day parking into the day before we arrive. That's a bit sneaky .sneaky

Fort Lauderdale Fun!!

We enjoyed staying at this property, the dock view is amazing as is the back porch view! The apartment has everything you could need. The pool was heated. Walking distance to everything!! The only negative, air conditioner is very loud. We would stay at the property again!!

Enjoy watching the sunset as you sip on champagne or a glass of wine while the yachts cruise on by. Take a dip in our heated pool surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Grill up some steaks pool side on the BBQ grills. In a 5 min walk, you could spend your days soaking up the sun on the powdery sand of Fort Lauderdale Beach & Las Olas Beach. Our condo has been renovated from the ground up with extra attention to details. Everything inside is brand new including the porcelain tile floor, kitchen w/ white quartz countertops and solid wood cabinetry, modernized bathroom with extra large shower, updated LED lighting and a master bedroom with a killer view of the intercoastal and private balcony!

Our condo is packed full of amenities that one would want in a vacation or weekend getaway. It comes with central air conditioning, complimentary high-speed wi-fi, a full kitchen, outdoor heated pool, 55" smart 4K UHD LED TV in both the living room and master bedroom, BBQ grills and coin-laundry on site. Everything you need to enjoy a nice, relaxing vacation is right here!
