Love the location and the pool was out of this world. Inside the furniture is lacking. Beds for 6 but seating for 3 and no place for a sit down meal. Lots of food stuck in between the sofa cushions. The bathroom floor has some really soft spots. The kitchen is nicely stocked and nice appliances. Beds are really comfortable. This place just needs a couple touch ups and it would be a 10/10.

The cottage was clean and decorated nicely. It may have been my misunderstanding but I thought it was a stand alone cottage but it was a duplex, which was ok but from the balcony you looked down on the roof of the duplex which blocked some of the view of the bay. Other than that, it was OK. Very nicely located to everything, shops, parks, restaurants, etc.. Pool area was very nice and clean. The host was extremely helpful and reached out to be sure everything was OK.

Sangria Sunset is a lovely cottage. Our favorite thing was sitting at the pool and watching all the hummingbirds and butterflies in the plantings. The landscaping is absolutely perfection. I wish there was somewhere to hang clothes. Beware there is no closet. Other than that, we enjoyed it immensely.

Great Place for pease and quite

Weve been coming for three years for mothers day and this was a great get away, we did have a lot of catch and release but was fun. The pier doesnt have lights all the way down but we brought our own. Over all great please and convenient all the stores. The cottage very homey like.

We booked this property for a quick trip to hang out with our daughter, son-in-law and new grandbaby who live north of Corpus Christi. It was a great location near the water with a pier directly across from the property plus an easy drive to everything in Rockport. This property also has a beautiful resort style pool. When we checked in around 4:00 pm on a Saturday we noticed it wasn't very cool, so we lowered the thermostat but after an hour the temperature had not dropped. I texted the emergency number and she responded right away. Someone came out and brought us two window units until they could get an AC tech out. It cooled down quickly and everything was fine. Early the next morning they called to check on us and ask if we would like someone to come out that day or wait until we left. We opted to wait until we had checked out the next morning. We were mainly there to see our new grandbaby, and it was a great stay.

I would recommend they fix the floors before renting it out again. The one in the bathroom next to the shower is bad. I thought I was going to go down this morning. If someone is heavy they will go through the floor. The flickering lights were okay.
