Very pleasant stay

Beautifully updated house. Perfect size for out family of four. Loved the new front deck. The beach access was a great perk. Would definitely rent it again.

I always hesitate whenever a property is managed by a property management company, but Hauserman was incredibly responsive and wonderful to work with. I will never hesitate to rent a property that they manage. The property itself was beautiful! Modern, exceptionally clean, comfortable beds, and a well-stocked kitchen that had everything we needed. We especially loved spending time on the brand new front deck.The location was another huge plus! I love being able to walk to some of my favorite local spots, including Spoon Restaurant, Sunnyside, and Fire Sign Cafe. Shadyside Lounge is also within walking distance and has fantastic Mexican food, and right next door is West Shore Market, a great little grocery store and deli. Having so many wonderful places within walking distance made our stay even better.One of the best bonuses was access to a private beach! The property even had a couple of lounge chairs we could take down with us. We spent our last day relaxing on the beach, staring out at beautiful Lake Tahoe, and it was the perfect way to end our trip. Having that private beach access was such a treat!We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely rent this property again. Highly recommend!

Lake Tahoe Vacation

We spent 4 nights in this cabin and should have stayed longer. Everything exceeded our expectations and we wouldn't hesitate to pay another visit.

Fantastic in Tahoe……

Great newly refurbished property. Very comfortable, well equipped and just a very relaxing place to chill out. Property is ideally located for the lake, ski resorts and Tahoe city. Highly recommended!!

Highly recommended - nicest vacation home we have ever stayed at!

This was one of the very best vacation homes we have ever stayed at. In particular, the decor is high quality, and the home is very well equipped. It was exceptionally clean. We stayed in winter and found the heating a bit noisy, otherwise this home is perfect!

Cabin in the trees

We really enjoyed this cabin, everything was well appointed and easy to find once we settled in. The furniture was comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay in Tahoe. The trees around the property are beautiful, I would recommend this cabin to anyone needing a place in the area.

Great location!

This property was perfectly located in Tahoe City and close to Palisades. Nicely remodeled and very clean and cozy. The property manager left easy instructions for getting into the place as well as cleanup. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything and more than expected!

The home was clean, quaint, and perfect! We appreciated the location for food, groceries, ski resorts, and the lake amenities! Communication was outstanding as well! We would stay again without a doubt.

Gorgeous and immaculate

Lovely stay in Tahoe City! Very close Fire Sign cafe and other great places to eat and drink. Immaculate, newly remodeled home with a fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds and lovely fireplace in the living room. Would definitely recommend!

We have nothing to say but great things about this vacation rental. The home is beautiful, updated and homey. We appreciate the cleanliness and how well appointed everything was. Cozy cabin in the perfect neighborhood

We LOVED this cabin! It's centrally located and close to grocery stores, Sunnyside (boat/kayak/paddle board rentals), and hiking. The amenities are impeccable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The fireplace was warm and cozy. Perfect for four people! We will be back very soon!

Excellent place!

Exceeded expectations. The house is located in the NE area of Lake Tahoe, in a very nice, safe, and quiet location. The cabins is perfectly furnished, equipped with top-of-the-line kitchen gear, as well as the beach articles. They really thought of everything. Definitively recommended!

Wonderful rental!

Well stocked with a full kitchen. Appliances all new. Nicely renovated. Beautiful gas fireplace. The washer dryer a huge bonus and they left detergent and dryer sheets! Also, fairly new beach chairs. I would recommend this unit highly!
