It is ideal for family getaways, business travelers, and visitors to the Rialto area, Ontario, Riverside, and nearby cities. Only 15 mins to the Ontario Airport and 20 min to the NOS center. Yaamava casino is 15 min away. Close to shopping center and restaurants

The house is centrally located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood in North Rialto. We tried to provide as much as we can so you feel at home.

There is parking for 3 cars on the driveway, there is also more parking in front of the house. No parking in front of neighbor houses please.

Unsupervised kids are not allowed to swim in the pool.

Pool cleaning guy stops by once a week during the day

While we hope you enjoy your stay at our beautiful home, we have some basic rules.

1. Guest must be a minimum of 21 years of age to book for liability reasons.

2. NO NOISE AFTER 10pm - Strict Quiet Time 10:00PM - 10:00AM
(This is not a party house, but rather a relaxing house. Noise policies strictly enforced by the host and the city of Rialto, CA)
No screaming, excessively loud talking, or loud music in the backyard past 10 PM.

3. NO PARTY OR EVENTS. Any unauthorized event or large gathering will result in IMMEDIATE REMOVAL from the property with NO REFUND.

4. NO SMOKING. NO DRUGS of any kind. We cater to families with kids so this is a NON SMOKING property. There will be a $500 fee charged to clean up the smell.

5. NO VISITORS. • Only a disclosed number of guests are allowed into the property. We don't allow additional guests that are not part of the reservation. We also do not allow visitors that are not pre-disclosed to us before their visit. Any undisclosed guest will be fine an extra fee per night and will loose the security deposit. Please let us know beforehand if there will be more joining you.

6. NO parking in front of neighbors. There is plenty of parking in front of the house.

7. NO Pets - DOGS or any PETS are not allowed. FURS are extremely difficult to remove from the furniture. If there are dog/pet furs are found in the house, there will be an additional $200 charged for deep cleaning.

For the safety of our guests, we have three external security cameras installed at the property that are on 24/7. One is by the front door, another one by the garage, and one by the side entrance. These cameras are sensor-controlled and will record once they detect motion.

-Lastly, if you damage the property, you will be charged accordingly.

Backyard not as pictured, kitchen not stocked

Communication with the PM was very good, the beds were comfortable, the place was clean, neighborhood nice, pool table very nice. There were games, which was nice. The house was clean, but just had a general sense of inattention to maintenance. I was told ahead of time there would be bedding for the extra beds - while there was duvets, there were no extra sheets or pillows. Big disappointment was the ping pong table was broken/dirty, didn't even have a net. Backyard wasn't clean or welcoming. I cooked 2 dinners and that was very unpleasant due to limited kitchen tools, tons of empty drawers, entire categories of kitchen basics missing such as serving utensils, main cooking utensils, dish towels, large pots/pans. This house would be great, if all of those things were addressed.

Awesome property - misleading number of beds

My groomsmen and I stayed here before my wedding - the listing said 11, but that was based on a count that assumed two adults would share a full bed. There were two full beds that they counted as sleeping four total - we ended up having to use a mattress from the garage that didn't have sheets in order to have beds for everyone. Other than that the property was fantastic - just don't bring more than 7 adults.
