Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally-located place. Gorgeous remodeled two bedroom two bath home. Right near the main drag that takes you to all the beautiful wineries, Tin City or just a few minutes to downtown Paso Robles. Also only 2 miles from “Hope family wines” which was recently named 2022 American winery of the year by Wine Enthusiast’s.

-THE SPACE

This sparkling clean Templeton Gem has everything you are looking for and more! It's situated in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to Hwy 101.

Each bedroom has a king-size bed with a private bathroom and sliding glass door to the backyard area. It has a fully stocked kitchen and full size washer and dryer in attached 2 car garage. All cleaning/laundry supplies are provided.

Spectrum high speed internet is always available and there are 3 flat screen TVs.

House has central A/C and heating.

Garage and driveway parking available on the premises as well as tons of street parking.

If you are looking for relaxing and quiet getaway, this house is perfect for you!!

Other things to note
We are conveniently located a mile from Hwy 101, Las Tablas Road exit and less than 10 minutes from downtown Paso Robles.
Each room that has a Smart TV. No cable, but we do have an antenna that provides local channels and over 100 others.

-CHILDREN/BABIES
We have recently added the following items to accommodate guest with babies and/or toddlers. Brand new Peg Perego high chair, baby bath, safety gate, children’s dinnerware and a pack and play with sheets.

-PET POLICY
We are dog friendly but please let us know in advance if you are bringing a dog. Maximum 2 dogs per stay, $50 per dog per stay. We will request the additional dog fee after booking. Please no dogs on the furniture.

-HOUSE/PROPERTY RULES
-There is no smoking indoors.
-We ask that you respect the neighborhood and keep Quiet Time between 10PM -7AM

Stylish, extremely well thought-out and appointed

Wonderful property, exactly as described (and then some). Great location in the heart of the Paso Robles wine country. The most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on in a vacation home,with an assortment of throw blankets (in addition to the bed duvets) that made for toasty comfort during the chilly Paso nights and mornings. Outdoor seating also had a gas fireplace that made for enjoyment of additional wine purchases nightly. Super well-appointed kitchen and a pantry that was stocked with every pot and cook’s tool essential (including spices and sweeteners galore). Good water pressure and exceptionally clean bathrooms. Would stay here again in a heartbeat when visiting the area, lovely property and host. Easy communication and prompt replies.

Great stay in Templeton

House was as described. Very clean and comfortable for 2 couples. Close to everything we had planned. Downtown Templeton was so quaint. Enjoyed the farmers market on Saturday morning. Thanks for a great weekend

Best rental ever!

The home was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless!! It was exactly as described in the listing but even more attractive in person. The two master bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house, so we never got in each other’s way. The neighborhood is lovely and walking distance from a park. Beautiful views nearby and an easy drive to downtown Paso Robles and wineries. We found plenty of coffee and creamer in the kitchen as well as tea, condiments, and spices in the well-stocked pantry. We appreciated the snack jar, too! The beds were comfy, and there were plenty of towels, TP, and shower items in the bathrooms. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back the next time we visit our daughter who lives in Hanford. Thank you!

Really was the perfect house for us. Location was ideal. The bedrooms were comfortable; kitchen was well stocked: good appliances: toaster oven was a big plus; very clean and well organized.
