Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your positive comments on our communication, it was a pleasure getting to know you. I would like to clarify a few points: Our property was completely renovated 2 years ago,. All of the furnishings were purchased two years ago. The furniture is from IKEA, chosen for its practicality in a rental setting because fabrics and parts can be easily sourced and replaced if needed. IKEA furniture typically sits a bit lower, but it is not worn out, it is the Swedish style. The refrigerator is also new, and the settings were inadvertently adjusted to the warmest setting. Had we been informed, we could have assisted with this. Our listing clearly states that the unit is on two floors, with the second floor as the main level and stairs shown in the photos. We encourage guests to review these details if stairs are a concern. We strive to provide a comfortable stay for all our guests, including many retired seniors who enjoy staying with us during the winter months.
