Walk out from the living room to a private balcony with beach access. With all updated stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to feed the whole crew. There is a queen bedroom and full bathroom on this floor also. Up another flight of stairs are three additional bedrooms. The master bedroom features a private balcony with breathtaking views, a comfortable king bed, and en suite bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has three twin beds. Plenty of room for the whole family to spread out comfortably.

- No wood burners or grills on balconies

- No events or parties
- 9 person occupancy strictly enforced at all times
- Must be 25 years old to reserve house
- We require one member of the party over 25 to be at the unit the entire stay
- County and State Taxes, in addition to cleaning fee will be added to each booking
- A security deposit or Limited Damage Waiver is required at booking
