Our guest house is situated on the banks of a stunning 45-acre lake, established in 1812 and exclusively used for electric motor catch & release fishing. Kayaks available, private pickleball court & paddle boat for guests! Fish from the dock where you may catch a variety of sport fish such as northern pike, crappie & sunfish. Recently a record setting 11.4 lb largemouth bass was caught. Located close to Kings Dominion and Meadows Event Park. Our guest house is comfortable and an inviting retreat, perfect for couples or families! It features a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and SPACIOUS outdoor access! We offer complimentary KAYAKS, PADDLE BOAT & STAND UP PADDLE BOARDS. For sports enthusiasts, we have a range of facilities including OUTDOOR PICKLEBALL COURTS, BASKETBALL COURT AND PROFESSIONAL BEACH VOLLEYBALL SAND COURT! We live in the main house on the property next to the guest house. We allow you to maintain privacy and enjoy everything our beautiful estate has to offer! We are here if you need us or not at all! Gorgeous 90 Acres Estate for the enjoyment of the guests! So much to do or nothing at all! We are located close to Kings Dominion & The Meadows Event Center. The estate is tucked away among nature with ultimate privacy! Ample parking available at the home. Short walks to the lake, pickleball/tennis/basketball/volleyball courts! We welcome up to 2 pets but require a pet(s) to never be left unattended inside or outside of the home. Max amount of guest is 8 at anytime. All persons under the age of 18 must wear a life preserver in and around the water to ensure safety. Water shoes are recommend in and around the water. We have sharp rocks and grasses that could cause harm. The fireplace is not for use by guests.
