The Best of the Best

What a great place to stay! We were so impressed with all the "extras" that typically aren't included. The property was clean, and had plenty of room for our family. Very close to all the happenings at Carlton Landing. We will definitely refer The Simple Life to others, and look forward to our next stay with you!

We really enjoyed the house. It was perfect for our family and our needs. The location was perfect. We could walk to the pool-and we walk to the aqua park, the kayaks. Ma Mas pizza place across the street! Extra treats at the house and extra water in the fridge did not go unnoticed by the kids! Loved having a washer and dryer so I did not go home with loads of laundry! Area was quiet and peaceful

Anniversary get away during the off season as great. Great setup from kitchen items like home to the large bathtub to relax.

Spring Getaway

Lovely stay in a beautiful community. Perfect getaway for a family. Close to all the amenities. The whole community is beautiful. Jamie was a pleasure to work with and very responsive.

Everything was perfect! Host was very personable and informative. We had everything we needed at our fingertips and so much information in an email to help with instructions and the area :)The condo is amazing. So very comfortable and stocked with essentials as well as little extras to make our stay even better! The location proved to be close to the amenities and even within walking distance. We had such a relaxing enjoyable stay!!! Thank you!!

July 4th weekend

Great location, beautiful condo. Everything available in condo. Easy access to entire community, pop up shops, water obstacle course, live bands and food trucks. Great communication with owner. Thanks for a great weekend.

The Best Getaway

This condo was such a special place for my family to spend the weekend. From the moments we stepped in we felt the hard work placed behind having a space that others could step in and enjoy. It was beautifully designed, meticulously clean and well organized for all to stay. Great job “The Simple Life” for cultivating such a great space and facilitating an easy rental process!

Perfect

Carlton Landing is a beautiful, walkable community. This property was located right in the heart of everything; the lakefront, pool, restaurant etc. We enjoyed biking or walking each day, live music in the evenings, Pickleball, and fire pit family time. We enjoyed the comfy beds, soaker tub, big screen TV and well-stocked kitchen. Superb accommodations!

Exceeded our expectations

We knew Carlton Landing was nice but this particular home far exceeded our expectations. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with everything one might want or need and the communication was excellent. Any questions we had were responded to promptly. We would definitely stay here again!

Great time at Oklahoma “Sea Side”

What a wonderful experience, and it was not far from our home. The area reminded us of Sea Side residential areas. We enjoyed our stay which had everything we needed and everything we could have forgotten! Also, it was a wonderful location. Thank you to the owner who responded to our needs. We’ll be back.

This condo was great! The location couldn’t be better. It’s right next to the main pool, a pizza restaurant, food truck park, lake shore, and the coffee shop! This made it easy to go do something, come back to change, nap, and eat, and go back out. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and had plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 kids. Easy check in and out and the host, Jamie, was very responsive and helpful! I’d highly recommend!

Great Experience

We had a ladies weekend at this house, and we loved our it! It was perfectly located - right across the street from pizza, and easily walkable everywhere else. The house was clean, and the host even gave us a few goodies when we arrived. We did have a slight issue with the AC, but the host quickly responded and handled it. We had a great experience! We would stay here again! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay!

The host was communicative and available to answer questions. I needed to alter my stay dates at the last minute and she made it happen 👍👍. The property is a dream, I felt like I was in a Hallmark movie. The condo is beautifully decorated and updated and includes everything you could need. Wifi was not good but I enjoyed being forced to disconnect, it made my stay more relaxing and allowed me to fully disconnect. I will definitely return ❤️

We stayed for a long weekend trip and loved this rental! It is truly in the best location being right next to the lake, pool, pizza restaurant, and the community lawn. We enjoyed the sand volleyball court across the street, too. The host and unit were amazing! Everything was super clean. AC worked well, and the first floor unit was really handy to not have to lug our stuff upstairs. The unit was well stocked and had so many little extras (like welcome snacks and beach towels). We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay in Carlton Landing.

Loved this apartment for our little family weekend getaway. It was clean, open and the hosts were very attentive and helpful. The pool and lake were walking distance, in addition to the food trucks, pizza place and meeting house. We drove out to Captain John's about 15 minutes away, which was also delicious and fun. Beware of long wait times though around lunch and dinner, it took an hour and 20 minutes for pizza and 45 minutes at Captain Johns but its such a cute town! During our stay on Saturday, they had a porch concert series/festival on Boulevard near Meeting House. I'd recommend taking some folding chairs since sitting was very limited. They also had live music at Meeting House on Saturday but again, sitting was very scarce.

Jamie and family were wonderful hosts! Communication was a breeze, everything was super well labeled and stocked for cooking needs, in the kitchen. There was even a thoughtful basket of snack goodies upon our arrival- which our two kiddos immediately snatched up! The beds were super comfy and there were plenty of linens and little details like coffee filters! We wished we could have stayed longer than our two nights! We’re excited to book The Simple Life condo, again for our next stay!
