We loved our stay at the property. It was everything that we expected and more. We didn't get to enjoy the other amenities on the property but were amazed at what was available. We will definitely use the space again when we visit NOLA.

Need bath mats. Without them bathrooms a safety issue as floors can be somewhat slippery. Need mirrors in the bedrooms.

This was an amazing villa for me and my friends to celebrate my 30th birthday. I had the most wonderful time there and it was the perfect distance away from everything we did. Literally none of us wanted to leave to come back home. The rooftop was certainly all of our favorite part of the house. It catches the most beautiful sunset that makes you want to stay as long as you possibly can. I was nervous about the street parking (only because that’s not what i’m used to back home) but my mind was more at ease being able to see the vehicles from the rooftop. We had the most amazing experience in this house. I don’t recall anyone having any complaints.

We had a great time! Our group stayed over Halloween weekend, and the host was super hospitable and kind during the check in and check out process. Definitely recommend if you’re staying with a bigger group! Do be prepared for your calves to be sore from going up and down lots of stairs, lol.

The house was great! We had a friends birthday weekend! Plenty of space for everyone to mingle or rest depending on what you wanted to do. The house is within walking distance of the southern food museum as well as several great restaurants!

Awesome host and property

Would definitely recommend. I was so nervous about location when booking in New Orleans. But this place was perfect. The property was clean and we truly enjoyed the outdoor pool space. Will be back again

Each of our three nights was a different disaster with the other tenants having loud parties past noise ordinance rules, arguing loudly in common areas and blasting music late into the night. Local neighborhood kids somehow had the property gate codes and illegally used the pool and courtyard twice. We got no sleep any of the nights despite reporting to the property manager every day. Too bad, because it was a really cute place.

Class Reunion

This Property was nothing short of Amazing. The location couldnt have been any better. Perfectly situated, very clean and welcoming. The house has an indoor speaker system that runs through each floor so that music can be played/heard throughout its entirety. Outdoor pool area is gorgeous with ample room to enjoy some outside vibes. Only thing that i wish was different was the strict guest policy. But other than that, Amazing Stay and i will definitely be back
