Abbiamo oltre 20 ettari, con tutta una serie di giochi all'aperto per l'intrattenimento della tua famiglia. Prova buca di mais, disc golf e persino ping pong, oltre a croquet, tether ball e bocce e badminton. Divertimento per tutta la famiglia!

L'affitto costa $ 440 al fine settimana o due notti e $ 1200 alla settimana.

Bellissima Guest House privata a 3 camere da letto - la terza camera da letto è una zona separata con divano letto - situata a South Bristol. 20 acri di camminare con tre laghetti, viti, vista sul lago Canandaigua. Bellissimo patio per rilassarsi e cucinare.

Arbor Hill Winery and Brews and Brats è dietro l'angolo e il porto di Bristol e la montagna di Bristol a breve distanza. Ottimo punto di partenza e arrivo dopo aver visitato le cantine dei Finger Lakes.

Ci sono 3 camere da letto (una con un letto matrimoniale e una con una serie di letti a castello e la terza con un divano letto matrimoniale estraibile (1/2 bagno si trova al largo di questa stanza.) Ci sono 1 1/2 bagni. La cucina ha posti a sedere per 6-8. Lenzuola e asciugamani sono forniti. Lavatore e asciugatore. Wi-Fi e TV satellitare.

Dai laghi incontaminati, alle meravigliose cascate e ai magnifici parchi, agli incantevoli villaggi, ai musei unici nel loro genere e alle opportunità di shopping uniche, i Finger Lakes hanno qualcosa per tutti i gusti in tutte e quattro le stagioni dell'anno. "

Non avrai mai problemi a trovare attività e attrazioni nei Finger Lakes. Conosciuto come il paradiso degli amanti dell'outdoor, ci sono opportunità ricreative illimitate per l'intera famiglia. Ci sono molti negozi di antiquariato, gallerie d'arte e teatri; e, naturalmente, puoi sempre visitare una delle famose cantine della regione di Finger Lakes e assolutamente da provare --- Grape Pie --- specialmente a breve distanza lungo la Rt 21S a Monica's Pies. Prepara anche molte altre deliziose torte e anche un'ottima torta di pollo.

Vieni l'ultimo fine settimana di settembre per il Festival dell'uva di Napoli.

This property is in the perfect location. Not in the middle of the touristy places, but not so far removed from things either. The settings is beautiful, and the home is a perfect home away from home.

We enjoyed a great two-week stay here. The property was generally great for children (9, 4, and 2), with great areas to explore. Ponds, the vineyard, and the fields. A kiddie pool was a special highlight on hot days. Do yourself a favor and walk to Brews and Brats one evening for dinner – outstanding.

Such a lovely property. The outdoor space is so peaceful with the pond, dock, picnic area, and well maintained land. The lodging is comfortable with all you would need. Truly a home away from home.

We loved our stay at Jim's South Bristol Guest House! The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Normally when we stay at a VRBO we make a plan to go off somewhere during the day such as a hike. But this property is so beautiful that we decided to stay there the entire time.

Thank you! We, too, love the beauty and also the totally relaxing feel to our property. Stress just falls away whenever we are here. We so enjoy sitting on the patio in the morning having our coffee or in the evening having a fire. Also, sitting by the pond with a glass of wine and book in the afternoon. Sometimes, we even go sit at the top of the hill with our coffee and enjoy the views. We hope you will come back!

This place was great! When we first got there, we were super confused about where we were even though the host gave us a diagram. It was in a remodeled garage/barn. Once we walked in we were very pleased with the coziness, cleanliness, and accommodations! Then we discovered the sliding door!!!! NOW! This was amazing! The dogs (one with a recent brain surgery) LOVED all the walks and the calm. We loved the area around. It was wonderful! Only feedback:1. The air conditioners were a little musty. But a little Lysol and all was better.2. My husband and I have not shared a queen bed in many years as we enjoy a king at home. The bed was super comfortable, but he was a bit too close. Definitely recommend for people with dogs, who want quiet, and want access to Naples and Canandaigua!

Peaceful getaway with friends

As soon as my friends and I entered the house, we felt right at home. If you’re looking for a cozy place to stay, this is it! The property grounds were gorgeous and there was plenty of it to explore. Needless to say, we had a great time!

Gorgeous retreat

We had a perfect family weekend. All amenities are provided and the place is beyond beautiful!! We relaxed by the ponds and enjoyed coffee on the patio every morning. We explored Naples and had ice cream at Lynnie Lou's and did a short hike at Grimes Glen.

Relaxing getaway

The property was very comfortable. The host was fortunately easy to get ahold of since we accidentally locked ourselves out without our key! For anyone who stays, make sure you keep key with you. The bed was very comfortable. The property was beautiful.

Nice space !

Nice little guest house! Loved the patio as well and the large yard to walk the dog. It was pretty well stocked with most things that we needed for our two day get away. Just brought food and some other small necessities. Very close to areas to hike, and arbor hill winery.

Nice house and grounds.One bed was great. The hide-a-bed was terrible. The bunks were fine for children but not adults.

This property was purchased and built by my brother, Jim. He was a great builder put a lot of love into the development of the whole property. He loved to share it with others. The property is in trust for his son. We are the caretakers of his legacy.

Jim chose this property because it was in the country yet not too far from the stores, etc. There are 20 acres to roam and even a vineyard on the property.
