Enjoy a luxurious stay for a fraction of the cost. Typical savings range from 30-70% when comparing our rates to direct resort bookings. All of our units are managed and maintained by the resort. Upon arrival, guests will check-in at the resort’s front desk using their resort confirmation # just as if they had booked directly through the resort. Full access to the resort’s services and amenities are included with every reservation. Perfectly nestled in the heart of Lake Tahoe's South Shore within Heavenly Village, you'll be at the center of picturesque adventure, yet close enough to return to all the comforts of home. Just steps away from the Marriott's Timber Lodge is one of the world's largest gondolas, ready to whisk you to the top of Heavenly Mountain, where you'll find the longest ski run and the greatest vertical drop in the area. Dedicated golfers can enjoy several challenging area courses. Leisure activities are unlimited at Lake Tahoe, where each season unfolds a whole new adventure.

** Marriott's Timber Lodge will no longer be providing Beach Passes for Lakeside Beach which were previously distributed for use between the Memorial Day and Labor Day holidays.

** Please make sure to check local travel requirements before you book and before you leave.

** Beginning Apr. 01, 2024, to Dec. 31, 2024, Marriott’s Timber Lodge will be undergoing renovation. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time.

** The Club House will be closed from Apr. 8, 2024, through Sept. 1, 2024, for our renovation. During this time activities will be held in The Retreat or the beautiful outdoors, weather permitting.

Great Family Ski Vacation

The Timber Lodge was fantastic in every way. It was our first time staying there and we look forward to future visits. The pool and hot tubs were perfect after a long day on the slops. The location and ski valet was super convenient. Rooms were modern and comfortable.
