60 feet of riverfront two story home with direct access to Weeki Wachee Springs River, Roger's Park and the Gulf. Bring your family, friends and boat if you'd like! Boat ramp 1 minute from the house and one house away from Weeki Wachee Marina! You can't beat this home for a quick getaway or a long stay. Great wifi if you need to work a bit or stream your favorite movies. Fully stocked kitchen with cozy fireplace to keep warm on the chilly nights. Huge porch with all windows to make you feel right next to the water with a big TV so you have the best of both worlds. We supply kayaks, paddle boards and towels so it is as carefree and relaxing as you can get.

Very nice property. Was a great place to stay with a family of 4. Easy access to all the local activities and the kayaks on property made enjoying the canals and Weeki Wachee creek very easy.

This was a perfect spot for our vacation. Enjoyed the dock on the canal and watching the manatees and otters. Very relaxing stay. Our host was also very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at the Epic Weeki Wachee home. The location was very convenient and a great spot for enjoying everything the Weeki Wachee area has to offer. We especially liked being within easy walking distance of the Upper Deck.The home itself was comfortable and worked well for our stay. The outside could use a little TLC, but overall it was decent and we enjoyed the property. One thing to be aware of is that during heavy rain, the driveway can collect quite a bit of water and partially flood.Pine Island was also close by and was a great place to visit at the end of the day. We really enjoyed going to the beach there to watch the sunset — definitely worth the short drive.Overall, we had a good stay and really enjoyed the convenient location for exploring Weeki Wachee, kayaking, Rogers Park, and the surrounding area.

The property was ok. It is located directly on the main road. The driveway is very steep entering, to get out safely, we actually had to exit from the other side of the lawn. When we arrived ALL entries were unlocked. That did not make me feel safe. Although the house was clean, there was a bug problem. They kayaks were not in the best of shape, so we actually rented from the marina 3 doors down. Overall, it was OK, but I would not stay again due to the bugs in the house.

This place was absolutely perfect! We had a minor inconvenience at check in and the host responded right away and took care of it. Top notch service! Loved that it had kayaks. We saw so many manatees that came right up to the dock!! The neighbors were also amazing!! We would stay here again and again!

Kayak life jackets are not adequate. Kayaks are ok but seats on a couple are worn out or don’t have support. One kayak was not usable. This is one of the main reasons for renting this property as it is very convenient to the Weeki-Wachee River. It’s an older property but is comfortable and well equipped. Questions were quickly answered by the host.

This property was recently renovated and the river access was beautiful. It had everything you might need for a comfortable stay. It was clean and located in walking distance to the Upper Decker. We loved it!

Great place to stay!

We had a great time staying at this waterfront home. It was very clean, the owners were very responsive, and we were all very comfortable. We enjoyed using the kayaks and paddled on the river both days. Would stay again!
