Welcome to this beautifully decorated ground floor coastal condo that is conveniently located just along Florida’s Emerald Coast and Scenic Highway 30A. It features all the amenities of home with a beautiful setting for your next vacation or just a relaxing getaway. It is perfectly situated on the West end of Historic Highway 30A and just off of US 98, you'll find the world’s most beautiful sugar white-sand beaches and Gulf of Mexico waters with only a short drive or bike ride just minutes away!


OUR CONDO:
Located in the back of a quiet condo community just off the west end of Florida’s scenic highway 30A with the allure of emerald Gulf coast waters and white sandy beaches just minutes away along with walking and hiking trails throughout. This is a ground floor unit with no stairs next to the community pool including a furnished patio that faces the preserve where you can catch a glimpse of nature while enjoying your morning coffee.

This property was immaculate. Very clean.. well maintained. Very spacious & a perfect place. The host was very friendly & helpful. The pool was a great place to hang after the beach all day. Met some friendly neighbors. The condo was located in the perfect location. Close to beach & shops.. & many restaurants with all the local charm & the very fresh seafood. I tried to click excellent in all fields. However, the screen would not reduce. At any rate the overall experience was excellent. The host was great at communicating and responding to questions. The condo had everything we needed to make our seat convenient! There was even a closet full of beach supplies. The pool was clean, condo was perfect size for 4 adults. It was very close to beach access. If we are ever in this part of Florida again, we will definitely stay there again!

Clean and convenient. Restaurants very close. 15 minutes to Destin and all the tourist stuff if that’s your thing. Quiet and surprisingly secluded. No complaints. Parking 50’ away. Pool is clean and right outside the door. Very nice place overall. We give it a 5’s up!

Outstanding place to stay at. Really enjoyed Tara's place and the location. Great bed, shower, amenities, pool, communication. We wouldn't think twice in returning. Beach sand is amazing. Water is turquoise in color. Great places to eat. Excellent bike trail. I dare you to do 18 miles on the trail and 18 miles back. You will need to stop at the food truck park which is awesome.

It was a very nice condo... but it wasn't as close to the beach as I thought it was. I was disappointed. It needs a new sofa bed, it isn't comfortable seating on it at all. there were no storage for clothes other than a closet. the Ice maker in the refrigerator DIDNOT work. For Seniors, you need walk-in showers in the master suite rather than a garden tub, it was not safe trying to step in for a shower. Again, it was a nice condo, clean, but lacked a few things.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you found the condo clean and nice. I’m sorry it didn’t meet all of your expectations. The listing does include photos of both bathrooms and clearly shows the condo’s location and distance from the beach. There is also a closet and small dresser provided for clothing storage. The sofa is fairly new, but I appreciate your feedback. We’ll definitely look into the ice maker as it could have been turned off by the cleaners

This is a great location. Close to several of the beautiful beaches on 30A. The condo was very nice and super clean. We had great communication with the host. She was quick to respond and was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again!

Destin Family Vacay

The condo was beautiful very well equipped and right beside of the pool. The beach was farther from the condo than I anticipated. We had to drive to the beaches every day, but other than that our stay was wonderful. We would highly recommend if you don't mind driving to beach.

We have been vacationing in the Florida Panhandle for the past 30 years and stayed on 30A and fell in love with the area. We have stayed from Pensacola to Navarre Beach to Fort Walton to Destin and love the Emerald Coast but fell in love with the 30A corridor.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

Our condo backs up to the State preserve with peaceful walking trails and is within 3/4 mile from the beach. Topsail Hill State Park is also less than a mile from the condo and we love visiting not only for the beautiful beach, but the many trails to explore.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

It is a ground floor unit in the rear portion of a very peaceful family friendly condo complex. Our back patio area is just wonderful and gives us a peaceful unique view.
