Loved staying here! Perfect location to leave off of a fishing charter, was modern and updated, and there was ample room for our 6 person party, with a bed and couch left available.

Dishwasher didn't work, but was not a problem. Bought steaks & pork chops to grill, the grill burner only partially worked, needs to be fixed or replaced. Super good TV for watching football. Fishing was excellent and was convenient for our guide to pick us up. Have rebooked again for next year. Great place to STAY!!

Robert, that 2 is not a good Showing for knot worried. I feel sure since you booked again for next year that 2 is a bit low for the experIence. Working on a new dish washer. This is the firSt I heard that only part of the grill was working. Will check it out this weekend When Im there.

Our 2 night stay was great. We were only 4 people but there is plenty of room for a large family are group of friends. Kitchen had all amenities and beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend and plan to return. Host was easy to communicated with. Thank you Todd.

Decent camp. Fridge stunk and dishwasher non- operable which necessitated rewashing greasy dishes/glasses before use.

John, so sorry the refrigerator stunk! It’s normally cleaned out after each guest leaves. In fact, we asked that you clean it out before you leave.. In situations like this it always works out better to reach out to the owner to see if we can resolve the issue before a negative review. I feel certain I could have have had the cleaners come back and check to see the problem and resolve it. As for the dishwasher, there’s a sign on the refrigerator as of last week that stated the dishwasher was broken and do not use. Was that sign still there? Just like every rental where people utilize things things break and we understand that we are working on replacing the dishwasher. We appreciate your comments and wish your time would have been more enjoyable.

Awesome location and nicely renovated houseboat. You are right on the marina harbor. Both our charters picked us up right from the back deck. Super responsive communication. Very good value. Highly recommend!

Host was very prompt with all requests. The houseboat was very clean and comfortable. My nephew said it had to be the best houseboat in the marina. I would definitely stay there again.
