This is our second year visiting this property and we will definitely be back! The house was beautiful and clean and the location is absolutely amazing. Some days we were the only people on the beach, and other days we may have seen one or two people. The solitude and simplicity was just what we needed. Nick was very accommodating in making sure we had everything we needed. He was super easy to work with and made sure our stay was exactly as we wanted it to be. This is definitely our go to vacation spot, and we look forward to many more years making memories at this beautiful beach house!

Loved the house, it truly was one of our top 5 places we have stayed in this area. Nick was an awesome host and responded promptly. Also loved that we could bring our little dog. We will definitely be staying here again.Belinda Copeland

Weekend anniversary getaway

Beautiful place, we didn't want to leave. I would go again! Literally steps from the water too and the sunrises were gorgeous.

Perfect porch for the dolphin shows!

The house is full of comfort and cheery vibes but our group enjoyed the porch the most, especially for sun and moon rises. For the young one, it was being able to be so near the beach.

A place to rest and recuperate

After a couple of busy weeks, we planned to stay somewhere quiet to have time out and just enjoy the views. It was great to see the accommodation lived up to its reviews. The amenities provide plenty of opportunities to just relax, read a book in the hammock, or have drinks on the balcony as the sun sets. We can’t wait to visit again.

Nice anniversary weekend

We spent an anniversary weekend with a couple of our children and a grandchild and still had plenty of privacy when we wanted it. Everything was clean and bright and the view is very nice as the property is literally on the beach.

What an awesome stay!

Quiet walks on the beach, coffee on the deck watching the sun rise, listening to the waves while staying in this beautiful Beach Cottage made for a perfect week. Our first visit to Alligator Point was amazing. The Cottage was perfect..clean, well appointed and location was amazing. Had the beach to ourselves. Such a beautiful place. We truly hope to return next year.

Much needed Vacation!!

We loved the location. The house was very well eqipped. Saw dolphins from screened in porch. I would stay again. I was looking for a quiet place to stay and on the ocean and wasnt disappointed.
