While you're here, enjoy luxury amenities such as our fully-stocked kitchen, cozy living room, old-school game room and fenced-in backyard. The pool is closed until further notice.

Drive a couple miles down the road to enjoy a wide selection of local food, drinks and shops OR hop on the Razorback Greenway to explore NWA by foot or by bike.

When you walk through the front door, you'll enter into a hallway that leads directly to the living room. In the living room you'll find a cozy sectional, and four lounge chairs. Settle in for a movie on our 55-inch Samsung Smart TV or cozy up next to the fire with a good book! 

Off the living room, you'll find our dining room. Our round top table can seat up to six people. Through the dining room, you'll see a hallway that leads directly to our large, fully-stocked kitchen. This space contains everything you need to create your favorite meal, baked good or cup of coffee.

Up for a little friendly competition? Our Game Room has a Foosball table, Pin Ball table and Galaga Arcade game console with Galaga, Pac Man and Digdug.

Above the garage, you'll find another lounge area with a futon, two bean bag chairs, a 24-inch Vizio Smart TV and boardgames.


At the end of the day, settle into one of our luxury beds. (1) Our first bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, walk-in closet, 50-inch Smart Vizio TV, desk area, accent chair and en suite bath. (2) Our second bedroom is complete with a luxurious King-size bed, accent chair and en suite bath. (3) Our third bedroom has two Queen-size beds, two closets and a en suite bath. (4-5) Our Full-size and Twin-size pullout beds can be found in the lounge area above the garage.

Out back, enjoy our patio and backyard. Our home does have a pool that is closed until futher notice. On the patio, you'll find a lounge area, bar with seating for six and a propane grill. When you're not at home, drive a couple miles down the road to enjoy the local food, drinks and shops of Downtown Springdale!

Guest Access and Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house (except for the pool which is under repairs), all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay.

House Rules Strictly Enforced:
Parties that result in disturbances, property damage, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1000.
Pets discovered at the property without prior notice will incur a fine of $400.
Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
