Lovely older townhouse. Everything was very clean. Nice sitting area and dining table. King size bed was very comfortable and linens were nice. Be aware the steps up to the 2nd story bedroom are spiral and may be difficult for some to navigate. We enjoyed using the amenities cards to access all the pools and restaurants as well as beaches!

We actually did not get to stay at this particular property and were re-routed to an ocean view condo upon arrival due to the AC units not working properly. However, shout out to the property management for going above and beyond to make not only our stay comfortable and pleasant but also for sending a few valuable and cherished items we had left behind within a week of our return. Absolutely recommend working with this group on Fripp Island!!

I enjoyed my stay at this villa on Fred Island so much! The Villa was very clean, well equipped with all items needed. The view of the marsh was breathtaking!I enjoyed coffee on the deck several mornings during my stay. The host was very easy to reach and she always responded in a very timely manner. The location was great. The only negative thing I have to say is I wish I could have stayed longer. I will definitely book with this host again.

Fripp Island Stay

We enjoyed our early anniversary trip, having the golf cart included with rental was great. Everything was clean and location of rental in the middle of the island was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

Relaxing stay in beautifully designed property

This property is newly renovated and the quality and design of the furnishings made for an excellent, relaxing stay. Cozy pillows, candles and blankets and the best bed!

Weekend getaway on Fripp!

We had a great stay. The place is perfect for two people, it was clean, and had everything we needed to make a nice dinner. We had an amazing marsh view where wildlife visited us every day. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Beachy Oasis

I enjoyed every peaceful moment at this beautifully-decorated, private oasis for a much-needed mommy getaway. It was the perfect space for my soul to breathe again. Highly recommend!

Very nice stay

Property was really convenient and right in the middle of Fripp across from the beach access. It was super cozy and gorgeous views of the marsh. Everyday we had cute deer that came to visit the back porch. Everything was wonderful and we really enjoyed the stay. The only issue was the golf cart seemed to struggle just a bit so we mostly drove our car around but we’re used to that. Perfect little getaway for a couple.

We had a great stay! We were not sure what to expect about Fripp Island but we were pleasantly surprised. Our Villa was just as described and the managers were kind and attentive to our needs. We plan to visit Fripp again and we would not hesitate to stay at this Villa again. Thank you!

Great Location and Accommodations For Sun Fun

The condo was perfect for our get-away. We loved sitting on the back deck watching the sun set over the marsh! Amazing views! We loved that the beach was just across the street. The condo had everything we needed, was clean and looked like the photos showed. We enjoyed taking the golf cart and driving around the island each evening. We will be back. Cute and clean

Great location. The tennis courts and paddle ball courts were not noisy (I was worried about that) but was pleasantly surprised. The decor was nicely done and most importantly, the place was clean. A bit of wear and tear here and there, but cleanliness is so important and this one was clean. Towels and bedding felt great.
