For large groups, this place can't be beat for the price. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and comforters. I liked the minimalistic design and lots of open space for people to roam around. There was lots of extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, detergent, dryer sheets, and fun games that made the stay extra thoughtful! Lots of parking space, and neighbors were friendly. That being said, I did have some issues that did make the stay 'less than perfect.' The layout of this place is... interesting. It feels like two houses quickly glued together. Things not flush, gaps in odd areas, cracks you might not initially notice. When arriving, the space was sweltering. AC takes forever to cool; it wasn't comfortable until the night when we could open the windows to let in cooler air. There were several puddles of standing water in the home, some caused by dripping AC vents and others from odd cracks in the ceiling; some water had a muddy color. We wiped it up, but some would appear again when the AC was running. Then, the floors were insanely dirty. After walking around for a short period of time, our feet would turn pitch black, so we all put on socks. We also would have liked a few more kitchen supplies, like a cheese grater, oven sheet pans, bigger stove pans, and more tongs/spatulas, but it wasn't a big deal. My main concern was the rental did not specify cameras on the property, but there were several. Just something else to think about before booking.
