We were in Sedona to celebrate mom’s birthday. We had a fantastic time and location of this house is perfect. Close to all of the shopping, coffee in the morning on the front patio was awesome, watching the stars and sunset on the top patio-fantastic! The house has comfortable beds, beautiful views from multiple areas inside the house, plenty of space and bathrooms. House is well equipped with all things needed for a great stay. I also appreciated that Tracey responds quickly if you need to reach out to her for anything.

The location was perfect for our girls trip to Sedona. We loved the house, it was clean and spacious. One minor thing the owner might consider doing for older people is install grab bars in the showers. I gave the house a 10.

Views were great, house was in a good location. Kitchen was set up with all comforts of home. Outside needed a little maintenance, but overall a great place.

Great location with beautiful views. Plenty of space for our family. Great upstairs area for our teenagers - TV room setup and also room with 2 twin beds. Great space for down time. Tracey was great and definitely thoughtful about house setup and things available to make it feel like home. Kitchen is well appointed.

Best house ever!!

You couldn’t ask for a better house to have a family vacation. So much room and plenty of outdoor areas to enjoy the amazing views. By far the best house I have ever rented !

A very spacious and well lit home which was copiously supplied with welcoming items such as chips, fruit, etc. Condiments and coffee were provided, much to our surprise.The liaison/agent was very accommodating as I had to change our plans at the last minute. An exceptional stay in an inviting environment.

Great Location and Great Home

Beautiful huge home! My family and I enjoyed our stay in lovely Sedona. We had a little bit of sun and snow all mixed into the days! The home was perfect and the home owner was responsive and very accommodating to our request to extend our stay when we got snowed in. I would love to come back again! Thank you, Tracey! 🌵❄️☀️😊🧡

Beautiful house in a great location

The house is exactly as pictured. We were 4 women, me, my daughter, my mom and her sister. Age range 35-75. The 4th bedroom is upstairs with 2 twins and a half bath, so we opted to all stay downstairs and mom and I shared the master suite. It was huge. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were good quality. When we had a movie night, we all used the master bedroom rather than the TV room upstairs. There is no tv in the living room, which was also nice. It was cold and snowy, so we missed out on using the 4 patios and the outdoor kitchen. We are already planning to come back. The house is awesome and communication was very prompt when I had any questions. Perfect place to stay in West Sedona, away from the traffic mess and large crowds of uptown Sedona.
