Una bellissima casa privata con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni per le tue vacanze o fuga nell'esclusivo Tara Golf & Country Club. Questa casa bella, luminosa e ariosa è arredata e decorata con gusto. Dispone di 3 Netflix TV a schermo piatto. Offre una grande piscina privata riscaldata racchiusa in un lanai molto grande che si affaccia sul 12 ° fairway di Tara Golf & Country Club. Il lanai e la piscina prendono il sole tutto il giorno o puoi anche cercare la parte ombreggiata del lanai per la tua protezione. Hai anche il pieno utilizzo della piscina olimpionica, campi da tennis e palestra situata nel nostro club privato. La nostra casa è stata recentemente rinnovata e ridecorata; questa casa ha nuovi elettrodomestici per migliorare il tuo soggiorno. Abbiamo un garage doppio e spazio per 6 persone comodamente. Usa il nostro ufficio, stampante-scanner-fotocopiatrice, internet ad alta velocità, WiFi e chiamate interurbane gratuite.

La camera da letto principale ha ampi comò, TV HD da 42 ", Blu-ray DVD, due cabine armadio e un letto king size molto confortevole; il bagno ha una vasca idromassaggio separata, doppi lavandini e una cabina doccia molto grande. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale con una grande cabina armadio. La terza camera ha due letti singoli, una TV HD da 32 "e una grande cabina armadio. Il secondo bagno ha una doccia / vasca. La nostra sala da pranzo può ospitare comodamente 6-8 persone. La nostra casa ha una cucina completamente attrezzata con fornelli nuovi, frigorifero nuovo, lavastoviglie nuova, forno a microonde e un sistema di filtraggio dell'acqua. È ben arredato con 3 TV HD a schermo piatto, 2 DVD, TV via cavo, internet ad alta velocità, WiFi, chiamate interurbane gratuite negli Stati Uniti continentali e in Canada, nuova lavatrice, nuova asciugatrice ed è completamente climatizzato con controllo dell'umidità.
Abbiamo tutte le stoviglie, posate, pentole e padelle, biancheria da letto e biancheria di cui avrete bisogno. Vieni e divertiti.

Siamo a pochi passi dalla Clubhouse per il nostro centro fitness all'avanguardia, campi da tennis e una grande piscina condominiale riscaldata con spa. Tutti questi sono disponibili per l'uso.

The house was clean and well equipped. The house is in a great location being near restaurants, shopping and the highway for ease of travel. We enjoyed out stay there, as well as the attentiveness of our host Jack, and would definitely stay again and recommend others to do so.

Another 5 star stay in Tara Golf community. House has everything we need including an owner who checks in with you during your stay. Fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, plenty of room and laundry room. Great pool. Always enjoy our stay here.

bedrooms were smaller than expected, the hallway from the garage where you entered the villa was 29 feet long we actually measured it ! the family bathroom was in between the 2nd/3rd bedrooms the bath was nice and comfy, but the shower screen where it was attached to the bath had black mould in some places. this should have been addressed. the home itself was quite large for a 3 bed so a lot of walking... my husband used the pool and said it was really big out two gripes though was there wasn't an outlook only the neighbours pool next door and the backs of other homes. we did see a cctv camera under the lanai that was pointed at the sliding doors of the kitchen lounge and also another at the front in the porch we were told they were not in use, but we just wondered as we had email from owner mentioning how late we arrived at his villa ?

We were disappointed and surprised by your 3-star rating, particularly as you stayed at our home for two weeks and did not contact us with any questions or concerns during your stay. We always encourage our guests to contact us immediately if there is anything requiring our attention, and we would certainly have addressed the concern regarding the walk-in shower had we been made aware of it. We have been welcoming guests for 17 years and have been fortunate to consistently receive very positive reviews and 5-star ratings. Guests frequently complement the cleanliness and comfort of our home, its convenient location, and particularly our large private pool and lanai. We appreciate your constructive feedback, although we were somewhat surprised that the size of our pool and length of our hallway were viewed negatively, as these are features of the houses design rather than issues that can remedied during a guest’s stay. We thank you for choosing our home and wish you well in your future travels.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home. Perfect place to stay when looking for a relaxing getaway. Kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils, etc., whatever you needed. Home was stocked with paper products so you didn't have to rush out and buy them immediately upon your arrival, just replace what you used prior to leaving. Owner was very friendly, responsive and accommodating. Very nice location. Would definitely stay there again.

this house was amazing! it was exactly as shown in pictures. it was nicely decorated and had all the amenities you need for your stay. Jack was super easy to deal with and always responded promptly when we reached out to him. He was very accommadating and we were even able to check in earlier due to the airlines changing our flight time which was so helpful. the heated pool was wonderful and the neighborhood very nice and you feel safe

Family Friendly Vacation Home

We stayed at the Tara Golf and Country Club home for two weeks in June. We had a great stay. Our 6 and 9 year old spent many hours in the pool while my husband and I worked on/off. It was very comfortable and clean. The house had everything we needed even down to beach toys, floats, and towels. We didn't spend much time in Lakewood Ranch, drove to Lido or Siesta Key Beach most nights and weekends which was approx 35 mins away. The development also had a community pool which was very nice as well as a fitness center. We would highly recommend staying here for a family getaway to the Sarasota area.

Beautiful spacious home. Very clean. In a lovely neighbourhood.

Our first impression was that this house was one of the cleanest we have stayed in. Lovely and spacious. The pool was lovely and quiet with a nice outlook. Sunny all day. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you needed. The master suite is spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. We also used the clubhouse gym and swimming pool everyday and felt very welcome by other users of the clubhouse. Dealing with Jack the owner was very easy and he answered emails almost immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

Ten days of bradenton bliss

We stayed for ten nights at Jacks villa and couldn't had been more satisfied. The property was wonderful and an absolute treat to have so much space for the three of us, lounge area great to cool down in and chill out in the evening.Beds were lovely, never slept better while travelling.Kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, plates and a few condiments were available. Pool was like going into a warm bath, BBQ facility and lounge area brilliant for afternoon bathing after the beach. Location was a bit far for AMI beaches on a daily basis but that was fine as it had the convenience of being on the i75 to get out to other areas and explore Recommend UTC Shopping down the 75). Also host didn't mention but Jiggs Landing around the corner has a nice little country feel to it, they had live music one night, wish we'd spent more evenings here.

Lovely house in a quiet neighborhood

Our stay in this house was just perfect! Nice quiet neighborhood . Very clean and has comfortable bed in master bedroom. All rooms are well organized . Rented many houses and this one has been the best one so far. Would recommend it.

We loved our time here. The house was beautiful and the pool was in the sun all day. The house is close enough to shopping and dining. We did not go to the beach this time but it was just a short trip to there if we had wanted too.

Gulf Coast Paradise

If you're looking for the perfect place to stay along the Florida gulf coast, look no further! The home is immaculately clean, has everything you could ever need (including the private pool , bbq, and jetted tub), and is just a short drive away from countless attractions and must-do activities. Jack makes the booking, check-in, and check-out process seamless and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay at his home. My wife and I cannot wait for the chance to stay here again and can't recommend it enough to others!

Best Florida Vacation Ever!

Just have to say Jacks home made our family vacation special. The home and area were very clean, pool was amazing and house just has a home away from home feel. Found all of the amenities we needed. Location is close to shopping and interstate. Jack checked in to make sure we were settled and again near the end of our stay. Lots of attention to detail on the home owners part to ensure our stay was great! We want to stay here again next time we are in the area. Thanks for a great stay!

The property is beautiful. The house is clean and comes stocked with different things you need. The pool is very nice and there is pool items. We loved the area. It is a nice neighborhood and quiet. The beaches are not far of a drive from the house. There were beaches chairs and things for kids to take to the beach. Jack is awesome and calls you the day you arrive and before you leave. Making sure everything is good and answering any questions you may have. Definitely will be coming back. My whole family loved it here.

Very nice house

The house itself was wonderful. Neighbors were a bit nosy, but you can’t help that. Very well stocked with all your essentials and must haves. Pool was very well heated and the kids loved it. Went for walks along the neighborhood sidewalk during the day and was super nice. Very close to a few restaurants. Owner called right when we arrived and after our stay and was very communicative. Would definitely rent again when we come back to visit our family.

Great Home for Golf Lovers

We stayed at this home for one month. We loved the two large sliding walls that open the lanai covered pool and eating area to the rest of the home. It was a great place to relax after a day of golf or activities. The pool is heated via solar heating so the temperature in Feb was between 65 and low 70's. Always warm enough to swim. The house layout is great if you have guests or want to make an office out of one room. The master bedroom is separated from the two guest bedrooms so there is good mutual privacy. The kitchen, den, breakfast area is one open concept which we love so we can watch TV while cooking. They provide plenty of appliances for creative cooking. If ever we decide to purchase in the area, we would purchase a home just like this one.

We rented in the Tara Golf & Country Club community for 6 years before we purchased our home. We were attracted by the great golf course, friendly people, beautiful weather, convenience to shopping and entertainment and access to Interstate 75 for quick travel to many different areas and events.

A beautiful home with a private setting. Enjoy the lovely warm pool and relax in the sun or the shade. Located in a safe, friendly community consisting mainly of retired couples and young families. There are over 45 golf courses near by. Enjoy golf, tennis, pickleball, fitness center, biking, fishing, boating, the theatre performances, Ringling Museum of Art, the Mote Aquarium, shopping, entertainment and the beautiful beaches of Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Anna Maria Island and Bradenton Beach. The closeness to Interstate 75 allows you to attend the Tampa Bay Rays (baseball), Tampa Bay Buccaneers (football) and the Tampa Bay Lightning (hockey). For longer stays, we can transfer our membership to the private golf course to you so that you can use the amenities of the private club and enjoy free golf as members during your stay.
