This is a wonderful house, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. It is fully stocked with everything you could need. The location is great and the neighborhood very nice. My family and I had a great time and are looking forward to staying at this home again soon.

A beautiful, well equipped house in a quiet (noise ordinance) neighborhood. The fenced in backyard is perfect for pets & the private pool is a great amenity for children. The location feels secluded yet close enough to the beaches, trails, restaurants & shopping. Danielle was a pleasure to work with.

We had a fantastic family vacation to celebrate our son’s college graduation at this home in Rehobeth Be. The pictures do not due justice as there more so many high end finishes and overall a very comfortable family home in great location. Danielle is super host and very responsive and accommodating . We look forward to returning !

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coastal Pines, with its generous communal spaces and ample bedrooms. The cooks among us were happy to work in the kitchen; the two toddlers in our group especially loved the pool and immediate neighborhood, with its frequent wildlife sightings; the navigators/drivers found it easy to get wherever we needed to go. Outdoor shower was a big plus.Many thanks to Danielle for her responsiveness and anticipation of vacation needs and requirements. Even the disparate expectations of a multigenerational family of experienced travelers were more than satisfactorily met. Highly recommend!

This was our second stay at this wonderful vacation home and again it was fabulous. Communication with Danielle was awesome from booking to departure. The linens and towels are first rate, the house was clean and ready when we arrrived so we could start enjoying ourselves immediately and most of all it was hard to leave. Everyone enjoyed including our fou-legged

Danielle was absolutely fantastic. Responded immediately when we had any questions. Home Is absolutely gorgeous and every essential needed was provided. Would book a stay again.

Family vacation

Coastal Pines was exactly as the pictures. Kitchen was well stocked with every dish or pan we needed. Conveniently located to everything with the privacy we were looking for. Our 4 generation family thoroughly enjoyed of trip to Delaware.

Top notch all around. This property is spotless, is a gorgeous home in a quiet neighborhood, and is conveniently located within minutes of many Delaware beach locations. The hospitality provided by this host is superb. So glad we selected this home for our vacation!

Wonderful vacation!

A group of friends and partners stayed for the week. Extremely clean and well-equipped with all the necessities and then some. Great pool, nice furnishings. We really appreciated the promptness of contact with the hostess.

Great getaway in a quiet neighborhood

Danielle is wonderfully responsive and accomadating, and makes sure anything you need is provided. The house is beautiful and very well appointed, the grounds are well kept and eye-pleasing, and the pool is nice for a dip. You can't find a better host than Danielle, and the location is great, just 2 miles to the Rehobeth boardwalk or to Dewey Beach proper.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this lovely home. It’s situated in a quiet, private setting with a relaxing and enjoyable pool supported by cool night lighting and large grill. House is open, spacious, and very comfortable with all the kitchen and personal care accoutrements you’d enjoy at a high end resort. Everything well planned and executed by Danielle for a memorable experience. We look forward to returning in the future. 10/10 stars.

Wonderful Stay!

What a great weekend we had. Listing just as posted. Easy communication from host. House is very well maintained and had everything we needed. Weather wasn’t great but it didn’t matter because we already had a weekend of food and games planned. Solid fenced in backyard made our two dogs super happy. Would definitely stay again. Wonderful vacation at Rehoboth Beach House

The property and area were beautiful and quiet. The house was decorated with comfort and style in mind. Every detail of every room was thought out to make you feel welcome and signs were posted and items labeled to ensure ease of use. Everything operated properly and was clean and ready to use. Linens and towels were of high quality and comfortable. The Rehoboth Beach area is a great vacation area for singles and families and this property added another level of enjoyment to our vacation. Thanks to Danielle for making our stay extra special.

Celebration Vacation in Bay Vista

From the first point of contact with Danielle, our experience was excellent. All questions were answered promptly and that was greatly appreciated on so many levels ... especially with a busy family schedule like ours! Danielle was very kind and generous throughout the whole transaction and during our stay at her lovely home. Even thinking of the smallest details from prior conversations (e.g., pool noodles) really made a great impression on our adult children and us ... and prompt assistance with some mechanical issues in the kitchen was second to none! The home was just lovely!!! Lots of oohs and aahs from a family of 11 who thoroughly enjoyed every moment and the rain shower in the master bedroom, oh my word! We found Danielle's home on VRBO by chance and boy are we glad we did ... never considered Delaware a vacation spot but definitely a gem we will be seeing many more times. We LOVE Rehoboth!!! So, in closing, Danielle (and family) ... THANK YOU! Your exceptionalism made this trip really fantastic for our family! ~ April and Tim Benson and the 9 adult kiddos ... and of course, Zoee (woof!) PS - If you are traveling to DE, definitely book this home! Everything is close and convenient. Peaceful and charming! Highly recommend the following: 1) EGG (breakfast) 2) Big Fish Grill 3) Ocean View Brewing Company 4) Four Acres Farm (alpacas, tour 10-1) 5) Action Jackson Fishing Charters (Bethany Beach) 6) Baywood Golf Club Thanks again!

Amazing, beautiful property a very short drive from the beach/boardwalk. They clearly spared no expense when outfitting and updating this house. Great pool too. Host was super responsive and friendly (I couldn't figure the TV out and they popped right over to help us). Considering booking for next year already.
