We stayed at the home on Lynhurst Drive to prepare for my daughter's bridal shower that was in Cramerton, NC. My daughter lives nearby but didn't have room to host everyone. The location was perfect. We had enough room to put together 16 vases along with candles, gift bags, etc. Thank you Matthew for your hospitality.

We had a great family weekend seeing our son play baseball at Gaston College. The host was very proactive and communicative both before and during our stay. We will definitely consider again when visiting Gastonia.

We had a cozy, wonderful Thanksgiving! There was a mess up with the lock- which I only share to brag on the hosts for their promptness in handling. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice location

This was a perfect location for us. Just a few blocks from family we were visiting. The yard was overgrown but other than that we were very pleased.

Home away from home.

We came down to celebrate a 90th birthday along with having a family reunion. This property was in the middle of everything. Peaceful, quiet, and nice neighborhood. I will definitely book again if ever in the area.

Great for family

This home is in a great location to be within 20-30 minutes of many popular sites in and around Charlotte. The home was very clean. The foosball table, drum set and piano were a big hit for the children.

Quiet neighborhood in great location

We enjoyed our stay. The house was in the perfect location for our needs and we were pleased to find a Greenway with trails for walking at the entrance of the neighborhood. Unfortunately rain kept us from using it but we plan to try it next time. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. The owner was easily accessible and answered any questions. We will stay here again.

Family Trip

We came to Kings Mountain with my 86 year old father in law and 83 year mother in law. We came to find grandfather’s names on the monument on Kings Mountain. We loved our rental in Gastonia. Everything was Perfect. I can’t say enough to express how perfect this rental is. I do not stay in hotels. I am very picky!

Amazing Property!

This place was absolutely perfect for our family! From the moment we arrived it felt so much like home. We had space for everyone and plenty of activities to entertain our kids! A quiet neighborhood tucked away from the main roads but still near everything you need. There was no need for anything, the appliances and electronics were really nice. The hosts were incredible with communication and accommodating our needs. The beds were very comfortable and the WiFi was able to keep up with constant streaming and online gaming. This was an amazing experience and I would definitely rebook with them!

Nice, simple stay

Stayed here for a wedding in Gastonia, didn’t spend a lot of time there but it was perfect for what we needed. The host was very communicative and quick to help when the door keypad battery went out. They provided little toiletry baggies and coffee, which was very nice. The only reason this is a 4-star instead of a 5-star is that the tv in the bedroom kept turning itself on and off, so we eventually unplugged it, and that we did have some issues with the keypad. These are minor, though. No cleanliness or other issues.

Please take a look at all the notes and several photos provided regarding our review of this property upon arriving. In summary, this property should be removed from your site until several changes are made. We requested a reimbursement and are waiting for that process to be completed. Very poor representation for VRBO.

Review

This property was not quite adequate for our needs. We were contributing a lot of food to Christmas festivities. The kitchen was poorly stocked. Both cookware, mixing bowls, utensils. Not sure how often the filters are cleaned but water tasted bad. Basi salt and pepper but nothing else. Loved the recliners!Bed was good. I would suggest routinely changing lock battery as it ran out for us on Christmas Eve. We had to leave the house unlocked when we left for Christmas Eve dinner. Heard from the owner with a solution Christmas Day. Near grocery stores.

Amazing place and I will keep going back !!

When I walked in I was so excited to see everything was clean !!! Took a lot of stress off being a mom were from Florida went up for my nieces 6th birthday party my sister passed a bit over a year ago it was a relief knowing that was not a thought I had to worry about during this emotional time also last minute I asked if my nieces could come stay at the house without hesitation I received a response and was told of course enjoy your family can’t express how much that meant to me . If you ever need a place to stay without a worry it’s this place look no further . Sheets and bedding were clean and comfortable ,extra towels and broom was available as well as pods to do clothing in the washer and dryer if needed the piano drum set and fooseball additions were great for the kids and my son was too big but a high chair was provided even the sponge for dishes was clean so I didn’t have to use my own I brought and or my Clorox wipes which is a typical thing for me .The neighborhood was beautiful and the sounds in the morning were amazing very peaceful place to stay and not too far away from everything so short travels for things .. I highly recommend choosing here to stay and I will be back thank you soo much !!!!
