This place fit our vibe so well. Super clean and accommodating with lots of amenities. Loved the welcome basket too. What a warming touch. Host was quick to respond and pleasant to work with. Will rent again in the future. Thank you!

Sams Beachcomber Resort

Very nice place to stay. Comfortable bed. Coffee provided and owner lest a nice welcome basket with wine and some snacks. Well equipped with many extras such as lawn chairs and coolers. Golf cart was nice to tour around the resort.

The property is nicely remodeled. The owner provided all the basic plus lots of extras like a welcome basket. Love that is had a golf cart and a swamp cooler fan on the patio for those hot days. Would defiantly recommend.

What a beautiful home. Not just a place to sleep. Everything was supplied. Just bring your groceries and clothes and you're good. Outdoor area is great. BBQ, fire table, couches and TV. Comfortable bed and couch. Appreciated the reverse osmosis water system.Heather was very quick to respond to our questions. Didn't want to leave.

Couldn't be more impressed!

I loved staying at Heather's cute little getaway in Lake Havasu! I was here for a month and it felt like home. She has everything you need for a home away from home. All very well organized and clean. The check-in process was efficient and Heather was very responsive to my needs. Highly recommend and the community amenities can't be beat! Just bring your walking shoes and a bathing suit and you are set.

Clean modern park model

We were very happy with the quality of the park model. In addition, Heather was very accommodating and easy to work with. We are just not sure that park model life is right for us. We will be checking out other areas of the U.S. but if we did return to the Lake Havasu area this unit would be high our our list of considerations.

Perfect

10 out of 10. Absolutely perfect place to come home to after a fun day on the lake. Heather’s place is immaculate and well appointed. Tons of giant fluffy towels, TVs in every room, even one outside on the deck. Comfy patio furniture. Beds are all great, even the queen pullout was nice. Cool golf cart to cruise around in…..what more could you want? We played poker and watched the sunset from the upper deck every night which was a big treat. The spare room is really nice too. Heather is super responsive and ready to help with any request. If you are going to vacation in Havasu, this is the way to do it! Sams Beachcomber has a really chill vibe and feels super safe. Its a fun community.
