Very nice house to use as a base for the South of the island. 5 mins to park gates. Great day bed and well stocked house. You need a car. Highly recommend.

The property was clean and quiet. Both the fully equipped kitchen and laundry machines made my work trip much easier. Decent WiFi too. While I did rate the property a 5/5, I would like to mention the scarcity of nearby activities. There are no trails within walking distances and Volcano is pretty tiny. If you lack a vehicle (in my case I carpooled with a coworker to our job site), then the more adventurous individuals will get bored. However, the porch bed swing was very relaxing; perfect for reading, listening to audiobooks or napping. The local birds were fun to watch and the coqui frogs nice to listen to (I know they are invasive but their call is so cute).

This is a beautiful house on a quiet street near the National Park. The management was very responsive and helpful. I would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time in Volcano Village! The house is set up very well and it’s so close to the park. The staff at Salt Water are truly exceptional. Very communicative and helpful.

We loved this house! The location was great, close to Volcano National Park. The swinging bed on the porch was perfect for a few afternoon naps!

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are as pictured and were very clean upon our arrival. Our communication with the host was smooth. It is ideal for a family and we enjoyed the outdoor lanai. Its proximity to Volcano National Park is very convenient. We plan tocome and stay again.

So close to the national park and great place to stay. Has everything you need and really appreciated the folder of restaurant recommendations.

beautiful secluded house, it was so peaceful and quiet. house is extremely clean and well set up for short term rental. the welcome book was very detailed and made getting know the house very easy.very close to the national park, we were lucky enough to see the volcano erupt during our stay. would be glad to stay there again

Location is perfect

Great location for visiting Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. We were able to beat the crowds traveling from other places on the island and go back in the evening after most visitors had left. Enjoyed the town of Volcano’s farmers market as well.

Lovely

Our stay at this beautiful property was very peaceful! The location and climate of Volcano make the stay very relaxing. The house itself is very nice and has everything you could possibly need!
