We had an amazing time at this VRBO. It was beautiful and quaint. We were able to enjoy our family without feeling like we were on top of each other. Loved having coffee on the balcony every morning and enjoy the quiet start. Kathy did wonderful with communication and all needs were met. Highly recommend this property.

Great area and wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our time in North Myrtle and the Barefoot Landing and resort area. The condo was clean and comfortable and close by many ammenities and entertainment options.

Best place to stay in all of Myrtle Beach!

All the amenities of home, but even nicer than that. Beautifully decorated and appointed, and everything you could ever need to enjoy a wonderful beach vacay. Just a few minutes to the beach too!

Beautiful place

My family of 6 had a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful and super clean. The kitchen was well stocked and the owner even had beach towels, chairs, and beach toys for us to use during our stay. Excellent property all around!!

Great location

Great place close to lots of things. Daughter was in a dances competition so it perfect to come back relax and recharge after 12 hours of dance. Iya perfecf for golfers.

Great vacation in a gorgeous condo

Everything was fantastic in this condo. Perfect location and we really enjoyed our 2 weekx in this nicely decorated and very clean condo. We would love to stay here again on the future! Great owners to deal with!

Clean and quiet place to stay.

Had a great time. Nice and quiet. Everything worked and clean. Little bit of travel for the beach but pools close by and loys of things to do nearby. Great especially if you like to golf.

Beautiful Condo on Golf Course Near Beach

We have stayed at this property several times and will continue to return! Huge community pool is nice, as well as smaller pool for the condo cluster. Updated, spacious, comfortable condo with a balcony overlooking the golf course. Plenty of amenities. We always enjoy our stay here!

Family Spring Break

Kathy was so sweet and so kind. She really helped us with preparing for our Family Vacation. The property It's in such a beautiful area. The condo was so clean and so beautiful on the inside. We treated it with the utmost care. We cannot wait to come back to this property!

Beautifully decorated, amazing bedding, & all the amenities. Peaceful & close to the beach!

This condo is a must for anyone wanting a comfortable yet luxurious place to stay while at the beach. We truly felt that we were at home, which never has happened when going to the beach! All bedding, linens, and amenities are top notch, pools within walking distance, the beach only a few blocks away, plus we loved sitting on the back porch that faces the 4th green with lots of trees & privacy. We will definitely be back as often as we can. It's a bargain for the price!!!

Nice condo

Plenty of space, comfortable furniture -- especially on the balcony. Well-supplied. Downside was how noisy it was around the area, with construction and paving going on; hopefully just bad timing.

Perfect, clean, quiet, relaxing

This is one of the rare ones. Very clean. Nice location. Peaceful. Also close to everything you would ever need to get to in a short amount of time. We didnt want to leave! We are saving this stay so we can come back. Very precise communication. You couldnt ask for a better place to stay. I would give it 100 stars if i could!

Barefoot Landing

The condo more than exceeded our expectations! It had everything for our stay. It was close to all attractions, right by the beach, and has a gorgeous pool and hot tub . The beds were very comfortable, utensils, dishes, full kitchen, and a TV in every room. Would HIGHLY recommend without question. Very clean, up to date, tastefully decorated, and Kathy is a very polite and gracious host. Kudos for a wonderful weekend getaway, we had a wonderful time!

Owner was very responsive

The owner had things most places don't think of. They had a starter pack of toiletries and trash bags. Beach chairs, beach towels, crockpot etc.

Home away from home

Thank you Kathy for providing us with everything we needed for our week at Barefoot! The condo is nicely decorated and very inviting and very clean. It was nice not to have to bring beach chairs all the way from Connecticut! My sons appreciated the darkening curtains in the second bedroom and I loved the big dining table on the balcony. We look forward to coming back to your place again in the future.

Place in a secluded area at the back of the property.

Something’s I should have checked, was the an elevator present. How far away the dumpy was located. Why pay a cleaning fee if we had to take the trash to the dumpster, The TV in the second bedroom had no signal, The remote controls didn’t work as advertised. The place was very clean.

Bernard. We thank you for staying in our condo. Yes our condo is in a very lush peaceful area. That is what we really enjoy. It is customary to pay for cleaning and most require you to clean out your trash when you exit a condo unit. As for what our cleaning crew does it is far beyond trash emptying. They clean kitchen and bathrooms top to bottom,window’s, doors, ceilings, fixtures, vacuum, mop, clean off decking, furniture and sanitizing. Thank you for letting us know about the tv in the 2nd bedroom. We will check it out for sure as for the one in the living room I don’t know how I could help you anymore on that. It’s a wonderful TV imo.

Fantastic!

We loved our stay here. As others have said, it is very clean, which is the most important feature for me. My husband was impressed that even the kitchen floor was very clean. The beds and couches were very comfortable. It's a great location off the busy main road in a quiet neighborhood. We also loved going to Alligator Adventure, which is very close by.My only word of caution to others is watch out for wasps in the stairwell. I got stung as we were unloading, and then we realized that there was a nest right under the handrail. It can't be helped, but maybe bring some wasp spray.

Great condo

Thank you Kathy. The condo was great. Kathy was very responsive to all of my questions. The condo was exactly as described. Plenty of space for me and my family of 4. Condo had everything we needed plus some. Quiet location. Pool was great. Steps were not an issue. The beds were comfortable. The condo was very clean. The only issue I had was housekeeping rung the door bell at 8:30 and checkout was not until 10.

Great spot for Barefoot Landing

It was a great home away from home, spot. Very clean, and had extras like blankets and Alexa to make it feel homey. The kitchen was well stocked with pans blender crockpot, all that you need their. Just make sure to bring any seasonings, oils, all the basics, as there were none there. We left salt pepper and cooking spray for the next folks. The owner was responsive and surprised us even when the screen door wasn’t working upon arrival in the evening, and I let her know, she had someone out to fix it the next morning. Normally it would be an apology we will look into it for next time, type of response from owners, so that was a big plus for us. The location was perfect for barefoot landing. If you’re wanting to go to Broadway at the beach and that area, it’s a good 20 minutes or more with traffic. We would stay here again. The beach seems close, it was just too cold when we visited to comment on accessibility and likability of this part of Myrtle beaches. (North Myrtle)
