Welcome to Alamo City Haven in the Lavaca historic neighborhood! Your whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located house. Just a short walk from trendy Southtown, the Riverwalk, Tower of the Americas, & more. Only a 4-min drive to the Alamodome! It's the perfect gathering place when you want to explore all Downtown S A has to offer. Easy jaunt on the highway to other attractions like Sea World, Six Flags, Natural Bridge Caverns, & the Hill Country! Enjoy SA!

Alamo City Haven is located in the historic Lavaca neighborhood just walking distance from trendy Southtown and the Riverwalk.
It's an easy walk or scooter ride to most of the downtown tourist attractions. Driving is an option as well.
Smoking only allowed outside. Please pick up after yourself.
No parties.
Quiet hours are from 10p - 7a according to city ordinance.

questa casa vacanze si trova a San Antonio, in Centro di San Antonio. Alamo e Tower of the Americas sono due dei più importanti punti di riferimento della zona. Per un po' di sano shopping, invece, è d'obbligo una tappa a Piazza del Mercato e La Villita. Alamodome ospita spesso eventi sportivi e spettacoli, e forse dovresti mettere in programma di visitare anche San Antonio Zoo and Aquarium, una delle attrazioni irrinunciabili del posto.

My husband, James, and I have lived in San Antonio for 19 years. We've raised 2 children here, and absolutely love this community. We enjoy great food, delicious drinks, and lively atmosphere wherever we go. We truly enjoy sharing our happy places with others, providing comfortable, unique spaces where people create memories to treasure for a lifetime!
Perché ha scelto questa struttura
We fell in love with Alamo City Haven for several reasons. First, I love the layout of the house. It's perfect for gathering with friends and family. Lots of open spaces at the front of the house, both inside and out. I like that the bedrooms are at the back of the house so that those who want to rest can go to bed and not be disturbed by the activity at the front of the house. One of my favorite features is the French doors that open to the covered patio. San Antonio has such a beautiful climate most of the year and these doors allow guests to enjoy it fully. I also adore the covered patio and additional patio in the front of the house. We will be adding a privacy fence around the front patio soon and including a fire pit and chairs. We will also be building a deck in the back of the house to create yet another outdoor space for guests to enjoy!

Alamo City Haven is a wonderful place to hang out, but it's also very conveniently located near many popular attractions in San Antonio. The Alamodome is a quick 4 minute drive from the house. The Riverwalk, Tower of the Americas, Hemisfair Park, and Southtown are all within 20 minutes walking distance. Awesome restaurants, bars, art, and music are waiting for you when you stay at Alamo City Haven.
