Loved this unit! Decor beautiful, comfortable, well appointed with all you need for a home away from home feeling. The beds are the most comfortable ever; NEVER have I stayed anywhere with such plush mattresses!Unfortunately I cannot disclose what I think is the most important bit of information for future travelers to consider ; the unit number. However somehow you may be able to put 2 and 2 together to figure it out!this destination and unit will be an annual retreat!

Beautiful Views, Disappointing Overall Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the views were beautiful, the lack of welcoming service, cleanliness concerns, pool conditions, unexpected charges, and parking experience overshadowed the positives. Beautiful scenery alone is not enough to make up for these issues. Unfortunately, we would stay somewhere else on our next visit.

The condo was beautiful and an amazing view!! The beach and pool area were awesome for adults and kids. I was disappointed because the cleaning of the play was not great. I found a blood pressure pill laying on the floor that did not belong to us and I have a two year old son. My son also found a vape under the couch when he was grabbing out a toy from underneath it. The vape was also not ours. Overall the place was great and beautiful but the cleaning was not great!

Fun in the sun

We had a wonderful week. Weather perfect. Our room was just as pictured with no issues. New restaurant was delicious. Pools were great. Loved that we could rent chairs and not have people sitting in front of us blocking our view. That was a big improvement over the past. We will be back again next year for sure. It was our 7th year to stay in these condos. Our grandchildren loved all the pools. See you next year.

The condo was beautiful, pictures don’t do the place justice. Beautifully decorated and in a great location. The check in was easy but the elevator situation was crazy. Everyone checking in all at once so there was a 30-45 min wait for an elevator. Seemed like they weren’t all working. Would be better if the check in times were staggered. I find the check in and out times to be inconvenient. Wasting 2 entire days. The lazy river was so crowded it wasn’t very relaxing. People were taking the “good floats” up to their condos only leaving the tubes which was annoying.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was beautifully furnished. A very spacious condo with plenty of room for 10 family members. Unfortunately, the floors were so dirty that the children’s feet turned black after a few minutes if walking barefoot. A bandaid and false eyelashes on floor in bathroom. Front bedroom tv didn’t work. Elevators were horrible w/ 1 1/2 hour waiting time at check in time.

Thank you for your feedback. Our cleaning service would have been happy to re-mop and scrub floors, have we known that you needed it. We apologize for the busy elevator wait times, unfortunately during the heavy check in times when everyone is bringing up a lot of luggage, it does tend to get congested. Sounds like you had no trouble the rest of the week.

Beautiful Condo-4.75 stars!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at Oasis 2303. The only complaint we had were the elevators during check-in. We waited over 45 minutes just to get an elevator that was not completely full. Once we were able to get our things to the room and get settled, everything was mostly perfect. The condo was very clean and spacious. Great furniture, sturdy patio furniture, and all things we needed in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable. We could have used a thicker blanket, but just personal preference. The only reason it was not absolutely perfect, is that the toilet in the bedroom with two beds would never flush, but we had our kids use the hallway bathroom. The elevators were much better for the remainder of the stay, but just know that Saturday & Sunday can be very difficult! We would definitely stay here again... just not check-in on a Saturday! :)
