Absolutely gorgeous place with amazing views. Walking distance to everything you could want! I was a little worried about the parking situation, but never once had an issue finding a spot right next to the place. Highly recommend!

The check-in process was easy. Our stay was okay. I was surprised that the property was pretty outdated on the outside. Inside, the kitchen was good but the bathroom was not as clean which gave me the ick as well as the old wood smell. The property for sure needs updates.

We had such a great time at this charming cottage that overlooks the ocean. Each morning we would wake up and have our coffee and sit on the patio watching people walk their dogs and looking out to see some dolphins in the distance. The access to multiple coves is awesome- the cottage had chairs and an umbrella as well as a boogie board to use when we went to play on the beach. The trolley picks up along Cliff Drive but everything is very walkable as well.We loved staying here because of the easy access to everything. it is right on the main road so the traffic is a little noticeable and parking can be a little tricky, but other than that the positives definitely outweigh the downsides. We would definitely stay again!

Gerri’s Property is Beautiful…especially if you’re looking for an authentic Laguna experience. The one challenge for some folks that is worth mentioning is noise. The property is located directly on Coast Highway at a stop light. Renters should expect some background noise during rush hour and on weekend evenings. We also have experienced some excessive noise from the occasional house party close by. All that said this is a lovely property which provides renters the ability to enjoy Laguna’s finest experiences by foot without ever getting into a car!: )

Hi, thank you for taking the time to write a review. Unfortunately, you were here at the peak of our extreme heat wave and we had so many visitors to Laguna seeking refuge from the inland heat. It was an extra busy time and while there is traffic on the Coast Highway, it was really beyond normal over the past couple of weeks. Also we had groups of people in a couple of neighboring homes, which is very unusual. I expect it’s for the same reasons above.

We rented this property for my aunts that live in Washington state. They absolutely enjoyed sitting out on the balcony looking out at the ocean. Typically they aren’t morning people, but they were up early every morning, coffee in hand out on the balcony. Crashing waves, sun, and a little ocean breeze turned them into early risers, wanting to enjoy every moment! They said the beds were very comfortable and slept wonderfully, loved how spacious and beautiful the cottage was. They didn’t want to leave! We live across the street, so for obvious reasons of course this was perfect for all of us. But even if we didn’t live nearby, we’d rent this for any family or friends again and again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect cottage in Laguna!The location to the best beaches, walking along the coastline at Heisler Park and getting into town and restaurants is so accessible and beautiful!

This property is the perfect “home away from home”! The views from the bedrooms and porch are stunning! Love the vibe! Amazing location and easy to walk to downtown or any of the local beaches. Hosts were very accommodating and were quick to respond to any and all communication. Would rate this lovely cottage a 10! A must stay if you are in Laguna Beach area!

Perfect location for a get away. We have stayed at many beach rentals over the years and this one was the cleanest by far. Very attentive hosts who attended to all our needs. We particularly liked sitting on the balcony and enjoying the views.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was bright and beautiful, with East Coast vibes, and a clean, well-stocked kitchen. It has beautiful ocean views and a covered deck off the living room, which was the perfect spot to relax and gaze out at the water. The cottage is also close to several beaches and by an oceanside walking path that leads to downtown and the main beach. Gerri was a great host and was very easy to communicate with her. We hope to visit again soon.

Gerri and Art were consummate hosts - making sure everything was working well and eager to ensure that our visit was perfect. It's easy to understand why the cottage is a VRBO favourite. Nestled atop one of Laguna's premiere neighbourhoods, the view is fantastic and the walks in every direction are spectacular. If you're looking for a funky getaway and happy to vacation like a local, then you can't do better than this delightful cottage overlooking the waterfront. Look forward to returning!

Beautiful Property

Our family had a wonderful stay at this charming beach cottage. Gerri and Art were amazing hosts and it is incredible and evident how much love and care they have put into this property over the years. We will definitely be back for another stay in the future!

Property was Beautiful and clean and had all the amenities, Hostess Gerri was wonderful and so helpful with recommendations and helping us get around town. Love love the North Laguna location!
